The media could not be loaded. I really like this clock. But I noticed that the strikers were not in alignment with the chimes. So I kept investigating until I noticed some damage on the back of the clock. I sent the photo. The box itself that the clock was packed in wasn't at all damaged. Will it be possible to get a partial refund so that I can get the damage repaired? I don't want to replace it. My entry I to my apartment is very narrow and it takes three people to maneuver the packaged clock into my apartment. I will not be able to properly repackage such a large object. ... show more
