This four-wheeled mobility scooter has been a complete blessing ever since I purchased it a month ago. I'm able to carry out my everyday work with the battery lasting long—I achieve 12 miles on a single charge. My favorite feature is the swivel seat. It is easy to mount and demount because it swivels. The headlight is handy when it gets dark, and the basket is handy for food shopping. The ride is smooth, and the safety features are effective. The only downside is the detachable battery; it's a bit heavy, but it's easy to recharge. For the money, this scooter is fantastic in general. I'd highly recommend!

I purchased the T-4 scooter in December for my elderly mother, and it completely broke after just a 1 month of normal use. When I reached out for help, I discovered the company has no phone support or customer service number—only email. And even that’s useless. They send parts for you to fix it yourself. All I’ve gotten are pre-populated, automated responses with no real help from a live agent. No offer to repair or replace the scooter. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. I would never buy from this company again. Update: the customer service agent Lydia is sending out scooter parts without fixing the issue. She’s ignoring my emails and just sending parts. I believe they’re still selling this scooter under a different name . They are refusing to fix the scooter and want you to be a technician and fix it yourself. I literally have no knowledge of how to fix scooters. A total waste of money. I recommend anyone that has this scooter and is having issues to report this company to the consumer protection bureau
