She feels very safe and stable on it – the four wheels, wide base and comfortable seat with armrests make a big difference. The controls are simple and easy to understand even for someone who is not tech-savvy: turn the key, choose the speed with the dial and go. The scooter is smooth and quiet, and it turns easily in our apartment hallway and in stores. The basket in the front is very handy for her purse and small groceries. The bright red color also makes her feel visible and stylish, which she loves. Overall the quality feels solid and reliable, and the battery easily lasts for her daily outings. Most importantly, she is able to go out on her own again without getting exhausted or worried about falling. Seeing her smile while driving this scooter is priceless. Highly recommend!

This mobility scooter has been a great purchase for my mom. The color is awesome, and it's easy to operate, which is perfect considering her limited hand strength. Assembly is straightforward, with simple instructions. Folding it down is easy: just remove the seat, loosen the steering column, and fold it down. The speed is great, with adjustable settings for slower or faster speeds - it can go quite fast! The steering is designed to prevent tipping, since the scooter is lightweight. The seat is also made very well to get off of the scooter by pulling the lever near the seat and it swivels to the side get off. Overall, we're very pleased with the scooter, and mom is enjoying her newfound freedom since she hasn’t been able to do much outside due to her mobility. She’s now able to go down to the corner store with ease. We love it!!!

Great value, Bought for vacation for my wife who recently hurt her back. It had no problems very light and easy to transport. The trigger for the control fells very loose not sure how that is going to be durability wise long term. I wish there were a way to turn off the backing up sound or at least lower it. If you're going to buy this for home use just know it's very noisy when backing up you might wake your next door neighbors. Was easy to assemble.

I bought this mobility scooter for my grandfather, and it’s been an absolute game changer for him. He’s been able to get out more, run small errands, and enjoy some fresh air without needing assistance. The 4-wheel design feels very stable, which gives both of us peace of mind, and the smart safety features like the headlight and easy-to-use controls are perfect for him. The rotating swivel seat makes it much easier for him to get on and off, and he says it’s really comfortable—even on longer rides. I purchased the T-4 scooter in December for my elderly mother, and it completely broke after just a 1 month of normal use. When I reached out for help, I discovered the company has no phone support or customer service number—only email. And even that’s useless. They send parts for you to fix it yourself. All I’ve gotten are pre-populated, automated responses with no real help from a live agent. No offer to repair or replace the scooter. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. I would never buy from this company again. Update: the customer service agent Lydia is sending out scooter parts without fixing the issue. She’s ignoring my emails and just sending parts. I believe they’re still selling this scooter under a different name . They are refusing to fix the scooter and want you to be a technician and fix it yourself. I literally have no knowledge of how to fix scooters. A total waste of money. I recommend anyone that has this scooter and is having issues to report this company to the consumer protection bureau
