I'm use to body blades, but this worked well. And is way cheaper. I do feel the lesser quality than the body blades, but it still gets the job done. It was easier (didn't require as much muscle) than the body blades. But maybe I'm comparing different sizes.

Yes, it works. But it's silly and hard to find a rhythm. I've had it for over a year or so and I always let family and friends try it. Yes, it's possible to get a sweat and I do think you hit quick twitch fibers to potentially strengthen weak joints. But overall I'd rather spend the money on a set of resistance bands or kettlebell

I used a Bodyblade at my PT for my shoulder but those are expensive. On this one, it feels like the ends weigh more and take more motion but the results are the same. I seriously feel like Ive worked my shoulder muscles after using this. I haven't tried any of the exercises that it came with, just the ones my PT had me doing. Between this and the elastic bands and the proper exercises, I feel like I am regaining the strength from my torn rotator cuff.

I've tried many products on Amazon, all sorts of devices... But this simple device is breathtaking Literally... Also a little under-looked benefit I've discovered with this is that you can get a REALLY nice Isometric Strength workout via Squeezing and bending this and holding it till your muscles vibrate! I am using this in my physical therapy routine as a body blade replacement for a torn rotator cuff. It is not as stiff as a body blade, but I feel that it still works great for my purpose and at a fraction of the price. I believe it is well built and the rubber/silicon grip is very comfortable. I recommend this as a great alternative to the more expensive alternatives
