Being able to incline to level 15 was something that was very important to me and it is seamless on how easy it is to operate this treadmill. I absolutely love it, it is a very solid model. I am 5’2” and 130 and I put it together. To move it was a little different bc it was on carpet, so I did have someone help me move it on to the walking pad I bought. I actually watched a YouTube tutorial and they walked me right through the installation. I did have a friend do the belt lubrication bc i couldn’t figure it out. Again the tutorial shows that too. I received the unit, had it installed. The motor makes loud clunking noises, the heart monitor doesn't work and the speakers are weak. I tried getting it repaired or replaced and got zero assistance from Amazon and no response from the Vendor. This is a pile of garbage.

I love this treadmill. It's SO quiet. I'm pretty sure I'll never use most of the cool features it has. It is big but we have plenty of room. Still takes up quite a bit of space even when it's folded. It's really easy to fold and unfold keeping in mind I'm a 67 year old woman. But I will be leaving it down. Now having said that, if I could review the freight company that Amazon used, that would be a thing. We live in a pretty rural part of New Mexico. So I expected it to take a little while to be delivered. They sent us 3 delivery times and then cancelled them. They finally handed it off to a hotshot company who called us and actually showed up. The box was beat all to hell when it got here but fortunately it was packaged very well and nothing was damaged. But it took a full month from the time I placed the order until it was finally delivered. ... show more

Things I like about this treadmill: - Decent build quality - Programs are pretty good - Relatively quiet (compared to Sole F80) - Very smooth incline adjustment - Like the multiple users and ease of selecting options on control panel with twist dial Things I don't like: - Knobs for incline and speed adjustment are right where my hands want to swing when running. I shouldn't have to change my running style to avoid accidental speed/incline changes from bumping the knobs (which can be very dramatic). - The belt doesn't seem to be fully cured rubber. It leaves marks ALL OVER THE PLACE when you get off the treadmill. - Already starting to make squeaks when running after 2 months - Bluetooth connection to Samsung watch not reliable (usually takes 2-3 times to get it to connect) - No 1% grade button on incline - Minor quibble: When running a program, units says "Speeding up to ... MPH" even when it's decreasing speed. ... show more

For context, I run about 30 to 40 miles per week, with most of those miles on a treadmill during the winter. I have had this treadmill for about two weeks and have logged roughly 60 miles on it, which feels like a fair point to review. Pros (based on what matters to me): -Sturdy deck -Quiet motor -Easy assembly. My husband and I put it together in under 45 minutes -Strong incline options -Simple, no-frills console that does not push fitness app memberships -Does not automatically shut off after 99 minutes -Solid warranty I would not call these true cons, more like design quirks: -The quick dial controls can get in the way, and I have accidentally adjusted the speed while running several times. It is not a safety issue, and staying farther back on the deck helps, but it is annoying and feels like a poor design choice. I considered not installing them, but then I would lose the ability to set "in-between" speeds, which I use often. -The built-in fan is a nice idea, but you have to be very close to the front of the deck to feel it, which makes it mostly ineffective. Overall, despite the quirks, the pros clearly outweigh the cons. It's a great value, and I'm very happy with it! ... show more

Great for the price. Assembly instructions are very clear if you aren't stubborn. This thing is heavy, room delivery is a must. The side bars wobble a bit, but I believe that the weight of the user should be resting on the heartrate monitor bars in the center and there is no wobble.

On time delivery is most important to me. The driver was courteous and respectful. The product was not damaged, and the assembly was complete in approximately three hours. All parts were accounted for and the treadmill powered up and functioned as advertised. I was surprised by how quiet the treadmill is at speed and the incline function is responsive.
