This is a great kit of bobbers and hooks. It came exactly as I expected it to be and the bobbers are all easy to use. The box is nice for throwing in a bag. I would recommend this if you're looking for backup bobbers and hooks.

Got this for fishing with my kiddos. It gives you plenty to work with. The hooks seem ok for freshwater use. The bobbers float fine, and the weights are basic but functional. However, calling this "premium" is a stretch. These are entry-level components that will get the job done. For ten bucks, you get what you pay for. Good for beginners or as backup tackle but experienced anglers might want something more robust.
