I changed the rating on this due to customer service. I did not have the smaller pack of hardware in my box. Customer service reached out to me very quickly and helped solve the issue. Mistakes happen and I appreciate a company that does everything they can to make the situation right. I cannot put these together with the hardware provided. The screws are too long and there are not enough of them. Per the instructions it takes 8 “B” screws to put together one stool; only 12 were included and only 12 were listed as what’s included in the box. They look pretty sturdy, you know if there were enough screws to complete them. I hope I can find the appropriate screws to actually get them together. ... show more

These are great little stools, and were pretty easy to assemble. Everything was nicely labeled and it took me about an hour to lay everything out and put them both together. It probably would have taken less time if not for a typo in the instructions that misidentified the first bolt used. But once I figured that out the rest went smoothly. ... show more
