    • A Solid Fan, Not an AC Unit
To begin with, no fan is a substitute of an AC system, those that use one need to understand thermodynamics, AC units remove the heat from the room and have super-cooling methods that wouldn't be used in a fan. To get air OUT of a room, you need an exit, an open door, window, etc. I use mine in support of our AC unit, which is all the way in the living room (and struggles to reach my room). Fans are mainly intended to keep the air circulating, but by doing so also slightly (but noticeably in enclosed environments, far more than in open) increase the temperature as a byproduct. However, fans do make it more bearable, and make a significant difference when centered onto the person in question. It's a rather quiet, and tall fan, as opposed to the arguably much stronger, less efficient, and louder box fan that I used to have. This fan does rotate, has multiple settings including ones (that at the lower levels) are little more than white noise, meaning it can be used to give a slight cooling sensation, without being overwhelming, while also staying just loud enough to drown out the disturbances of the night, an owl hooting at an odd hour, birds flying around, etc. Is it perfect, no, in my case my bed happens to be too tall (which I had just set up a day prior to receiving the fan) to make the full use of the fan at night, however the white noise helps with sleeping, and it still does keep a good deal of the heat off at night. I would recommend it to someone who understood what they were looking for in a fan, and what they would be getting. Minimal space and maximum breeze! Goes from whisper quiet to conversational tone at its maximum speed. Covers a extra large bathroom/laundry 16'x16' with ease at the higher speeds. Easy to move with the built-in recessed handle and easy to control with the simple infrared controller.     • Still going strong
I’ve had this fan since 2020. I leave this fan on 24/7 and it’s still going. It’s easy to take apart for cleaning. The lower speeds are pretty quiet but the higher ones are louder but I don’t mind it, I kind of like the white noise while sleeping anyways. I like that it comes with a remote. There is a button on the fan that can dim/turn off the light, but there isn’t one on the remote (my only complaint) and the light comes back on every time you change speeds or turn it on. After 5 years I have noticed some slight rattling on occasion and some of the lower speeds have no difference now, but I keep it on somewhere in the middle and it stays on 24/7 in the hottest room in my house near the floor vent to help circulate the cool air.     • "Quiet-Fan Curious Shopper" Seeking Honest Reviewer w/Plenty Experience in the Bedroom/Elsewhere
w/PExitBR/E's: Quickie Review: I use all 3 at once/multiple rooms to quietly circulate air, especially bedroom. Lower settings are VERY quiet. Higher settings can be heard, but still quieter than ceiling/traditional options. Big "fan" of what they do for me in the bedroom & elsewhere, quieter options meet my needs regularly. Higher price worth it in long run given AC usage at higher temp settings. Who doesn't love having "multiple options" vs going back to the same old tired things that rarely, never get the job done when you're really hot? (If you're laughing, cynically rolling eyes, etc., it's only going to get more "punnier." :D) "Q-FCS": I've been burned by doing it online before, but I like what I'm seeing. Some say really nice things too, but it's always like that starting out. Looking for advice via highly experienced individual. Is it too good to be true? Please help. w/PExitBR/E: Funny you mention burning! Even living in Texas, hot-flashes still exist (it's true)! Noise, hot, etc., wakes me up. No quality bedroom time is not cool! Quiet, effective, help w/elec. bill, etc., all very important to me. I've had too many "one-nighters" in the past w/other fans (*hangs head in shame*), but this "Honey" & I have been going at it for a couple months now...all 4 of us (3 fans, 1 less "flashy" me). Remote, Sleeper function, etc., all great additions. Remote control can be "snapped on/in" space provided near top of fan. "Though "love" is in my cooler, circulating air" (& base design helps), these guys can suffer "cheap date" syndrome (wobble, fall over) if bumped into (pets, kids, 3am, dark journey to bathroom or kitchen, etc.,). However, these "tall boys" make up for it 10-fold. At higher fan modes w/their height, other options, they are very helpful in the bathroom, other rooms too (drying out a bathroom project, and way quieter than bigger "shop" fans). Even post tumble(s), they work great & are still durable & quiet. I don't know if they're "Mr. Right(s)," but I do know it's July in Texas & "Mr. Right(s) Now" works just fine. Worth the $$$. Pics were accurate, showed up looking great (package, shipping, etc.,) & easy to assemble. w/PExitBR/E's Overall Rating/Review: NO Morning After WALK OF SHAME; 4.333 AMAZONIAN GOLD STARS!!!
