I saw this and balked at the price for a few months. It went on sale for 20% off, and I decided to jump on it. It is a very minimalist design, but sheds excellent clean, even light with minimal bleed. The stand is sturdy and heavy enough to allow me to adjust the lamps position without worrying about it falling over. I have had some issues with setting the brightness level, but I generally use it on max brightness anyway, so it doesn't really bother me.     • Light spectrums don’t change
I thought I read some reviews that the light spectrum could go from daylight to bright light to soft light, but it only adjusts in degrees of brightness, all same spectrum from what I can see. But, the light is cool and of excellent quality.

Good looking but unobtrusively minimalist; heavy and well made; gives off a bright, warm light (not at all cool, as other reviewers have said), and easy to turn on and off. Just what I wanted. Maybe a little too expensive, but I'm happy.

Lamp has dimmer, so you can adjust lighting to your needs. Is sturdy and very good make and quality. Looks absolutely amazing.

    • Great Lamp- Damaged lower hinge.
It seems the lower hinge is loose (the one just above the base and not to be confused with the chrome hinge on the base). I've ordered two and with both orders the shipping box is crushed around the heavy base of the lamp. Even the Styrofoam inside the box is broken and busted from harsh handling (probably during shipping). Both lamps have a loose bottom hinge that seems to take the damage due to mishandling of the shipment. I love the lamps themselves and will keep them both (I needed two anyway). I would have returned one if there were any significant difference, but I don't want to continue waiting for a better one. No functionality is lost to the lamps, but they wobble at the lower hinge...one of them leans over. Great lamp - bad shipping provider. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am glad to get this lamp. The lighting is so warm and gentle. My eyes were used to feel tired easily, but feel much better now. I can also easily adjust the angles. Strongly recommend it.
