I’ve had this for about 2 months now and still love it. When I realized working from home is going to continue I emailed my colleague who does our office supply ordering to find out brand/model of my chair at work that I love so much, she told me and I searched on line for it, I found this one which was expensive but still reasonable and thought about it, then I went to a local office supply store to try out chairs and the only one I quasi felt was comfortable was $50 more than this one, so I went home and ordered it as an early holiday gift for myself. It arrived quicker than expected, and we had no problems assembling it. I’m beyond satisfied with this chair, it’s identical to the one at work but for less $ and arm adjustments and lumbar support are great! The seat cushion to is very comfortable even when I work 8-10 hour days. Very glad I finally have a comfortable home office chair, again might be pricey but worth every penny as it is well made and durable, should last me a long while! ... show more

Overall fairly comfortable at 5'10", athletic build. Several nice adjustments including my favorite the seat slide. It really makes a difference to be able to support your entire femur. I also like that the back has a tension adjustment. That said, the quality is just ok. the box came smashed and there was some cosmetic damage to one of the arms. After using it for a week I notice a small wobble from side to side of the seat and one of the arms wobbles more than the other. I can compare this to a Herman Miller Sayl which is 2x price but doesn't have these defects. I will say that these issues don't really make a difference while sitting and working so would recommend this chair for its price point. Installation instructions were easy enough to follow but I don't understand why they don't provide an adjustment manual. The chair back locks and I had to call support to learn how to unlock it. I thought it was broken (turns out the lever on the right pulls out/pushes in). ... show more

It was easy enough to assemble and is fairly comfortable. However, I’ve only had it for a month and it’s already squeaking like crazy. I’m the definition of “average build” so it cannot be my weight. Now every move I make (reaching for a pen, tilting the laptop screen, sorting my notebooks) is paired with a squeak. Very disappointed in the how cheap it’s built considering the price. ... show more

Just bought this chair for COVID WFH. Definitely pricier than alternatives but I love it. I plan on keeping it for as long as I can. Took only a few minutes to set up. It's quite comfortable for me ( big frame 6'1" 240lbs). Seat is firm yet comfortable and back support is good too. It doesn't lean back much but it's adequate for moving around while sitting. This is a very comfortable, supportive, and modifiable chair. Also looks better than pictures. I don't know what people are saying who are 6'1" and the chair is too tall. I'm 5'9" and it's great. The lowest setting is 17 inches from floor to edge of seat - measure your current chair to see if it will fit. I did a ton of research on chairs and unless you want to spend 800+ dollars it will be hard / impossible to get anything better. ... show more
