Style: Trailer Load Lock Bar

Description

If you are using an enclosed trailer or truck to transport goods, you'll need to ensure your freight load stays in one place and remains undamaged. This steel cargo bar is just what you need. Also called a load lock bar for the job it accomplishes, it will lock your load in its place so you can avoid freight movement inside your trailer. Cargo bars are convenient tools you can use to secure your load with minimal effort. The installation is quick and easy, the tube is immovable, and your cargo won't budge. Cargo bars are also particularly useful as load dividers when one trailer carries freight that will be delivered at various points. This cargo bar is a durable steel 1.5 diameter tube with 2 x 4 square rubber suction pads at the ends that attach securely onto parallel trailer walls, locking your cargo behind. With a little push of the ratchet lever, this adjustable load lock extends from 89 up to 104 long, covering the width of just about any trailer you might use. This slight load lock bar can be easily stored when not in use.

    • A real value, easy to reconfigure
Size: 4-Pack
Got these for my enclosed cargo trailer as we are moving households this year. These are nice heavy duty load bars and would work well in large trucks. Alas, I should have measured because they were too long for my trailer. No matter. At one end, I removed the “foot” that is held by a bolt and lock nut. I then cut off about 12 inches with my reciprocating saw. Then I drilled a hole and reinstalled the foot. They now work great and it only took me about 20 minutes to retrofit the four load locks for my smaller trailer. Good heavy hardware and the price is really a value for what you get. Keeps your load from shifting and damage. ... show more

    • Best Load Lock Bar I've ever bought!
Size: 4-Pack
Easy to use! No pumping or ratcheting needed. Extend and close. Best feature is the release, press a button done! I've bought about 6 load lock bars from other manufactures. All crap! They were all not the easiest to use, some with holding brackets, too heavy to handle. This bar will be the only bar you will ever need. I've bought 1 bar for the price they offer for 4. I couldn't believe it, I thought it was too good to be true. I had to order it 3 times to get it but I was issued credit on the 2 shipments. First was undelivable? Which I couldn't believe, everything comes to my home? 2nd time the order was cancelled for a similar reason? So I had it delivered to my business where things seem to come broken or stolen but I felt if it didn't come to a comercial district in NYC, then so be it. 3 rd time was a charm. I was starting to think it was too good to be true that price for 4 load bars? But they arrived and I'm happy they did. I use 2 and have 2 spares. Let's see how long they last. But I wouldn't buy another kind even if it does crap out. Buy it! ... show more

    • Very heavy duty, have no problem holding hundreds of pounds.
Size: 4-Pack
These load bars are perfect. These bars are made from what feels like very heavy duty steel tubing, the ratchet mechanism appears to be some sort of stamped magnesium. These are being used to keep beverages from falling over in the back of my vending box truck. All you do is spread the bar out to the sides of the truck and lock the handle down. These hold in place very well. ... show more

    • Having 4 of them makes them more versatile and secures loads well
Size: 4-Pack
Purchased my first enclosed trailer, started loading it and discovered if you cannot tie your load down to the rings in the floor with ratchet straps you need some type of adjustable restraint to keep it all from shifting while traveling. These cargo bars are great for the job. I originally thought I needed 1 or 2 but getting the 4 pack worked out great. Much more versatile with odd shaped items and multiple items . They are a bit awkward to use at first and a second person helps tremendously. I’ve only had them a short time but they seem to be built well and should hold up for a long time. ... show more

They are in service at this time and in transit from Florida to New York. Performed well when loading will do actual rating when they arrive and we unload and see how they held up for the trip. Move not complete and load bars worked great all the way from Florida to Central New York on a U-Pack ABF 28 ft. Trailer. Anyone want to buy them used?Never moving again. LOL ... show more

    • Most secure, reliable bars for the $$. Excellent choice, you won’t be sorry!
Size: 4-Pack
We moved ourselves, over 400 miles. We had a 5 bedroom, full attic, full basement, shed. It took 6 trips with a rented 20 x 8.5’ trailer. I was amazed at the quality and industrial strength of these bars. Not once on each of the 6 trips did one slip or fail. Very happy!
