I noticed this brand being carried by my local mega-office supply chain, so I searched around and landed on this chair (there's a lot of noise to pick through on Amazon in this category so it was nice to work with some kind of a brand name). It's at low end of mid-range task chair pricing, but with the adjustments/features you would want. The chair looks nice, it's comfortable, the arm adjustments are solid, and the rollers are good. They cut corners in the right places. It's a solid chair to work out of all day. My only gripe is that the recline is not as loose as I would like even on the loosest setting. I'm hoping it gets better through use, but I can't really use my weight to recline backwards like I like. ... show more

This is a great chair and goes together nice. There was only one issue I found and that is the metal brace that connects to the bottom part under the seat that comes up and around and holds the back support frame and pad had a design issue that tilted the back support forward. I have seen this kind of issue before when manufactures/ companies try to use the same metal parts for a number of different chair models - so they don't totally fit together correctly. I was able to fix this issue by adding two washer to two different screws that allowed the metal parts to align correctly - it added about an 1/8 inch of spacer to each one. Most people might not see this issues but I am a design engineer so things like this stand out to me. Be ready for some noise that comes from the chair seat when you first get off the seat pad. It kind of sounds like a bunch of plastic bags unfolding all at once. Its not crazy bad. The sound has now gone away after a few days but at first bothered me thinking it would always do that. I have used this chair for about 1 year now and it has been great. I do not understand the reviews about height of chair of durability for a stated weight not working for them. It is really hard to find chairs for big people. I am about 5 feet 10 inches and over 300 lbs. So I needed a "fat boy" chair and this fits the bill. Most chairs are only rated for about 250 lbs and wear out fast. This one is as sturdy as the day I bought it. It's not the prettiest belle at the ball but more than acceptable and has worked well for me as a nearly daily driver for a year working from home. Good seat height, good arm height adjustability, wide seat, doesn't recline too easily for good back support, etc. I am going to buy another for my new work chair. Ironically, my new office has Hon chairs also, but not the big people model, so I will be getting this model for my office. Thank you Hon. ... show more

I want to point out how good this chair is, first of all, because it's seriously amazing for the price in comparison to others. The quality is certainly there, the adjustments and the amount of cushion on the seat make this a very comfortable chair for just about anyone. However, maybe not buy it from this distributor because my chair arrived in a box that was hardly a box anymore. The box had been completely covered in packing tape because it was handled so poorly that there were numerous holes and tears everywhere. I also discovered some trash as well as an empty water bottle tossed in the box for good measuer..thanks for that I guess? One of the bolts that secure the back to the chair was also very bent, which I had to fix in order to use. Also, the hardware that was sent in the box was incorrect. The bolts were WAY too big, the part number on the hardware didn't even come close to matching the chair number so I have no idea how they messed up that one. I guess reading is pretty hard at times for some...it's a good thing that I'm handy and had some spare bolts around to use while I wait for the correct hardware to come in...so yeah, a great chair marred by a lack of care from the distribution factory, maybe you'll get lucky and have a better experience than I had..hopefully..a great chair though nonetheless ... show more

    • Terrible Packaging, good chair I hope

The chair itself is pretty nice but the packaging quality is just straight up garbage. I ordered one on April 16th first and it took them a while to ship and fulfill. I was pretty excited when it arrived, then I noticed how beat up the box was. The box itself is flimsy for something of this size and parts of the chair were poking through it easily so I took out my phone to be ready to take pictures. Sure enough a piece of broken lever was floating around in the box. All the pieces looked pretty beat up and scratched from the terrible packaging and poor choice of box. So I had to return it and give it another shot. Fast forward to April 30th finally got the replacement and to my horror.....SAME TERRIBLE packaging and holes in the box. Opened it up and this time no broken parts, but some obvious scratches. Just decided to put it together anyway don't feel like waiting and going through this again. Unfortunately the left arm rest is wobbly and makes a rattling noise -_- would've hoped that everything had worked out but so far this has been an ordeal. Now with time I hope this holds up ... show more

Looked for a while at several office chairs. I like the style of this chair, but also drawn to the positive reviews for comfort. Setup was simple. Tools provided. This is an incredibly comfortable chair. Good weight to each component so it seems to be very durable. So many adjustments make this a great option for most. I'll come back to update my review if this changes as I use the chair more, but so far amazing and I'd definitely recommend to friends & family. ... show more
