The media could not be loaded. I'm really love this office chair with footrest, it is very comfortable to sit on. Massage is my favorite function, and I always try it when I'm bored, and have fun with it. There is also a heating function, which I believe will be useful in winter, hahaha. The chair can also be adjusted in height, which is very convenient. This chair also has a small stretchable cushion, and the backrest can be moved backward. I usually rest directly on the chair when I am tired, and I can continue to work after the rest, which is very in line with my current life. Overall, very quality. ... show more

    • Surpising Simple To Assemble / Minimal Flaws
Ever since losing everything to the DEC 10 Tornado, I've had to buy many things and assemble more pieces of furniture in a few months than I have in my entire lifetime. With that said, this was surprisingly simple to assemble compared to 3 other similar chairs. The worst parts to assemble were already assembled and it took only about 10 minutes to complete. As for comfort, the only complaint I have is that the foot rest doesn't seem to extend as far as I'd like. I have another chair that has an extended foot rest but THIS one only comes out to about your mid-thighs ...and I am short (about 5' 5"). It has a lot of good massage features but I don't use that due to the fact that it just makes my nose start itching after vibrating for a few minutes. So not much to say there except that it works. Nonetheless, I like the vibrating features on another chair better because, unlike this one, it can use USB to power it. Use a USB power bank allows me to not worry about pulling the plug out upon moving around in the chair. This one is tethered to the wall with it's AC plug. It's comfortable despite not going down to the floor very far. But like I said previously; I am short. But the cushioning below the back of my knees is very good and makes up for that by preventing any residual pain from my legs hanging down. I can still touch the floor with my toes. ... show more

    • Good chair, but half the features aren't worthwhile.
I'll start off by stating I have been through my fair share of desk chairs. As a remote office worker for several years, and an avid PC gamer, I spend far too much time in these things to be uncomfortable. I also have spinal arthritis, scoliosis, and other severe curvature issues - my back hurts constantly. I chose this chair because of the heat, massage, footrest, and ability to lock in a leaned back position. -Comfort: the chair does have a nice cushion, arms, and is a nice wide width. This did not disappoint. -Footrest: while still handy, the footrest does not extend out far enough or allow to fully extend your legs. I tend to use it more as an easier way to cross my legs while sitting. -Heat & Massage: first, the cord to the chair is not long enough and the cables frequently disconnect, requiring me to reattach everything almost every time I sit in the chair. This makes these features almost useless to me. Additionally, both barely last any time at all (about 10 minutes), again, making them worthless. -Lock back: This was a key feature for me - it's surprisingly hard to find chairs that lean back and LOCK. This does it well. Overall, it is a comfy chair that I am happy to use, but I would NOT buy it for many of the extra features that make it desirable. It is not worth that extra money. ... show more

My chair is not able to stay together on one arm rest. I have taken it apart, put it back together, tightened, and retightened everything on this chair. It has not fixed this issue and I believe the metal anchor is tilted in such a way that it will not be able to be fixed. Unfortunately, I am out of the window of refund or return due to me trying to troubleshoot this issue myself. I would not recommend this product as I believe it is cheaply constructed. ... show more

The chair is amazing. Easy to assemble and good quality. Nice heat and lumbar massage. Customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with my chair through no fault of the seller. Even though it was my fault, they worked with me to get it resolved quickly I highly recommend.
