I got a hex bit and extension and rachet and it took me by myself 4 hours to put it all together. It surprisingly lined up very well. A few pieces needed some convincing but all and all not bad. Great furniture with a nice price. Customer service was great for a minor issue and was quick to resolve. Very friendly company to work with. The furniture is strong. I really like the idea of having two sets of furniture covers although they say waterproof I would recommend a spray treatment on the cushions. Water seeps in around the stitching if in a hard rain. I see this furniture lasting a very long time

4/5 Budget Friendly which is amazing HOWEVER Difficult to build. Very very time consuming. It comes with 2 Allen Keys which is nice because then u can have extra hands making the process easier. This is beautiful once its finished, it is considered short but its really beautiful. Havent tested the waterproofness yet, will update when the time comes.

The media could not be loaded. I love it sooo much , we have a long balcony and so decided to get it . I do want to say . If you think it’s a quick process to set up it’s not . Takes about 2 hrs just to do 2 pieces . RECOMMEND HELP , instructions aren’t clear so keep an eye out but the after math is beautiful

I would love to give this a 5 star but it came without any instructions. I emailed the company with no response. It took way too long to figure it out due to multiple parts and hardware. It is a nice set, cheaply made but decent for the price.

This is a nice set, it was easy to put together with two people assembling it. There are some quality control issues that I don't think are acceptable. One of the cushion foams is not cut straight. It's cut on a slant which makes the foam cushion not fill out the cushion cover on one side and doesn't look very nice. Another issue is that the ratten on one of the chairs is not affixed to anything. It's just tucked in and looks like it will eventually start to come apart. I don't think these issues are acceptable after paying $1,120 with tax and shipping. I have emailed the company about the cushion (I emailed them about the cushion before I found the loose ratten) and they offered me $40 refund for the cushion because they don't have it in stock. I don't want the refund. I want a cushion that's not defective. Now that I found the ratten is loose and am afraid that it will start to unravel eventually since it's not affixed to anything. Update: The company sent me the replacement parts I needed. I'm very pleased with the product now and the company's customer service was excellent!

the set is actually is pretty once it was put together. the blue is a nice shade. i would have preferred a different type of top for the table other than glass the cushions are not very thick. the directions are very difficult to follow. it took 6.5 hours to put together i would not recommend this unless you have someone who is good with tools and has lots of patience. of course it was missing a few screws and washers
