This was a difficult review. On one hand- I love how it looks. I love the versatility in the different configurations, the cushions was comfortable, I love the canopy and I have already thoroughly enjoyed this patio serf so far… but OMG this was a pain to build…I am single and and very familiar with building difficult pieces by myself but this one tested me! There were a few minor pieces missing ( not enough rubber washers), the pictures in the directions are soooooo small that it was hard to determine what direction to install the smaller hardware , no written directions, and the video they have a QR CODE for is demoing a similar piece but it doesn’t look exactly the same and it doesn’t zoom in enough-again making it difficult to see which way the hardware is I did however build 90% by myself over a two day period. I needed a friend’s help for the canopy installation and I would recommend having someone to build it with you. Another factor worth mentioning is the color of the cushions. They are more of a dusty blue than a vivid dark cobalt blue like in the picture. I was pleased by this but someone else may want the desired color. I look forward to updating this once I’ve had it awhile.

I have never written a review in my life but this piece right here deserves ALL the credit!!! I am a real person and was not influenced by the company in any way to write this review. What I have to say is TRUE and honest feedback for future buyers! So let me start by saying I took a chance purchasing this piece because it didn’t have ANY reviews and man after my purchase I can’t see how that is even possible. When I saw this I thought: Outdoor sectional ✔️, canopy ✔️, compact storage ✔️, ALL IN ONE? And for this price? No way!!! I HAD to purchase it. It just checked off all the boxes in one easy purchase and for WAY cheaper than the cost of just one good quality sectional. Shipping- I’m not sure if it had anything to do with my location but the package came quicker than anticipated (a week before the estimated shipping time!!). It came in 3 boxes and the boxes were delivered TOGETHER (👏🏽). Assembly- I would consider myself an experienced assembler. I put together furniture all the time with my husband so I am speaking from an intermediary perspective. This package comes with A LOT of screws, bolts, and assembly pieces. HOWEVER, they are super organized. If you follow the directions to the letter then you will be good. The directions are very easy to follow. Just TAKE YOUR TIME. Assemble this in a clear space free from any additional debris, so you don’t lose anything. All of the parts were there. Nothing was missing. Everything aligned well. The even have some extra screws- but not a lot so try not to lose any!! When you’re working on the framing of each piece, just don’t screw everything tight until you have your screws in place. Then you go back and tighten everything (the directions even advise this). My husband and I put this together and it took us about 5 hours BUT we have two little ones (1yo & 4yo) that accompanied us, so it was not a full 5 hours of straight assembly as you can imagine how that could have looked. I’m a woman and pretty strong. But attaching the canopy to the spring required some muscle. That’s where my husband came in and it was no problem for him. Quality- The quality is exceptional. Let’s start with the height of the sectional- it’s a good height. I see many reviews of other pieces that say the seats are too close to the floor and that is just NOT the case with this sectional. The height is good. You can sit comfortably and don’t have to feel like you’re squatting or sitting on the floor. I’m 5’2 and I feel like I’m sitting in a regular chair. My husband is 5’10 and he feels the same. My father-in-love is 6’3 and over 230 lbs and he sat on this thing comfortably as well with no complaints about his knees (which he commonly has issues with when sitting on very low furniture). The cushions are also nice. The back cushions are plush, as well as the seat cushions. They do not give that flat feeling when sitting on them, nor have they lost their plushness after sitting on them. The fabric to this is definitely water resistant. I take great care of my stuff, so I don’t foresee leaving it out in the rain, however I can tell that it would do just fine wicking the water off of it. Durability- Remember I mentioned I have a 4yo and an 1yo!? I needed something that would be durable for them to have fun on with no inhibitions, yet still look nice and sleek, because I like things to look good. And this IS IT! The kids jump on it, bounce on it, the 1 yo even climbs up and stands on the coffee table and this piece looks just as new as when I first assembled it. None of the wicker was unraveling when assembling (which I noticed in previous wicker furniture that I’ve purchased), nor has it began to unravel. It holds weight really well. My father-in-love- is a pretty heavy guy, and with both him my mother-in-love and my own children, husband, and myself sitting on this, it doesn’t buckle in the least bit! Customer Service- I was so ecstatic about this piece that I reached out to customer service just to let them know! And, even though there was nothing wrong or alarming, they were quick and prompt with responding. With their promptness and efficient communication I know that if something was wrong they would remediate it quickly. Practicality- I wasn’t sure how true the photo was that illustrates it being it’s own storage unit. First rain came during our time with this and I flipped the chairs and put them on top of the sofa piece, along with the coffee table and what do you know!? The underside of those chairs were big enough to accommodate all of the cushions! So I don’t even have to buy a storage bin for the cushions! In addition I was able to go with a smaller size rain cover since I’m not covering the sectional’s entire assembled square footage. Instead I’m only covering the square footage of a three seater sofa. Win win! All and all I would say BUY IT NOW. The price for the value is unbelievable! Trust me- you’ll thank me later 😉. I bought this product last year. It came with mismatched feet (ordered khaki set but the feet came blue) but I have decided to go with it because overall it looks nice. After using it for a second season now, I have decided to leave a few warnings that I wish I had known. #1. The cushions get SOAKED and heavy after rain. Then they dry forever. #2. Seat is pretty low. It’s not a deal breaker for me but I’d prefer it higher. #3. When you use the reclining option you cannot comfortably lie down because the cushions slide from under you. I tried once and never used it again. #4. The canopy was very hard to put together and now it actually broke where it attaches. Overall I’m not happy with it. It’s very light and therefore not stable. But the cushions are the worst. I tried to wrap them inside in plastic garbage bag but it works so so. I think expecting water repellant material or cushions that dry up fast is not unreasonable for outdoor furniture.

Assembly was very much like putting together IKEA furniture. The instructions are fairly clear but you have to pay attention to the details of the pictures and it takes some time. About 3 hours to put it all together with 2 people. You won’t be able to do this alone. It does have a lower back, so tall torso people will notice it. The cushions are very plush and that helps, but you may still be uncomfortable with the lower back. However, my husband is 6’3” and still enjoys it for hours, but he also doesn’t sit straight in it; he rather lounges on it. (Three seats across are long enough for him.) The two reclines work very well and we were impressed with their quality. Same with the canopy and the coffee table door. (The canopy has nice metal bars but one of the openings was slightly bent and we had to fix it before we could connect the pieces together.) The clips are a beast to get on and off, but it’s understandable why. They do a really good job holding the seats together. You may want to get something to help keep the cushions in place better, especially when using the recline. Overall we are really happy with the huge versatility this set offers and would recommend it to others.

We bought the product mainly because of the canopy. We found the canopy to be uncomfortable and unusable when opened. It hits the back of your head. It took a long time to put together because of some trial and error required since some of the labels on the parts had slipped off. Also, because of misalignment of the holes which required almost bending the sides. The canopy was a big problem and had a very tight fit some of the seams started to come apart. You have to slide four u shaped bars through four fabric pockets while trying not to split the seams. These same four bars are attached to brackets on each side of the seats. That was not easy since the hydraulic needs to close. This was mentioned in another review. Do not believe the positive reviews about the quality - the cushions were not plush and hardly worth using. Another problem was due to the light weight the entire unit put together slid very easily. Just sitting down moved it. Compound this with having to use big clips underneath to connect the separate seats. This was not easy since you had to push hard on them from the bottom and you can not just flip the couch over. While it has some nice features for storage, it is not worth it. In the end we decided on other better made and well cushioned furniture which took almost no time to put together - couch and two side chairs. I submitted a return/refund request and it was approved. I then took it apart and boxed it. However, postage/shipping was not included - when I checked into it the cheapest cost for me to ship was close to $500. We paid $99 for shipping to us. I have reached out to Amazon Customer service and the vendor for over two months to get this resolved. The vendor insists on getting pictures of the problem. Not possible since I boxed it and putting it together requires everything in the original packaging with the labels, particularly bolts and screws of different sizes. Amazon has an A to Z claim which I submitted and they canceled it because the vendor responded to my query. Basically, I have to put it together, take a picture of the canopy cover hitting the back of our heads. The communication has gone back and forth and with the same response from the vendor - send us a picture of the problem so that we can decide whether to approve the refund (which was already approved). The suggest that because of the expense in shipping I might try to sell it and they offer a $60 credit. My recommendation pay a little more, don't ignore the reviews (which I did), and don't use a third party vendor through Amazon.

It looks nice after it took 2 days to put together. The instructions were horrible and the screws were annoying. Didn't have enough of the ones I needed and had plenty of the ones I didn't need. Hopefully it stays out together. I like it so far but I hate how the cushions hold water.

There’s so many things that I enjoy with this set. The options to change the seating is great. Storage ottoman and table is a nice touch. The canopy provides good shade and can be tied down when not using. All cushions are fluffy and and comfortable to sit on. Super cool to have both end chairs to recline. Shipping was early and received all 3 boxes at the same time. I did put this together myself one box at a time and it took me hours. So many screws and the directions were a tad bit confusing, but used common sense to figure it out. It was not hard, just would be easier to have had help. I got stuck with canopy since I had the bracket on the wrong seats. I couldn’t figure out why the canopy wouldn’t open and almost broke it trying to pull it up. The video gave me reference and that’s when I realized I needed to switch it. Once I did, I still needed help to hold down the canopy down to screw the top pole with hydraulic. That was the most difficult part. You will need someone to hold it down and also may want to get help with putting the poles in the canopy. I added a photo in case anyone else runs in to this problem, this is the right side chair and this is what it should look like. My stickers for the canopy poles fell off so I really couldn’t tell which one went where. I only had Q and P so I had to guess which was N and O. Besides those minor setbacks. It all came together nicely. Not to excited to be lifting the chairs in order to but the clips on the chairs for holding them in place and taking it off to reorder the seating. May be adding some sort of velcro or something to keep cushions in place. Product wise, it’s a really nice set with well made materials. I read some people have issues with the holes for screws not matching. It didn’t have that issue. Just made sure not to screw them tight until all screws were properly placed, then i tightened them. I did have one bent bottom of the chair and 1 pillow was stained, (4 stars due to that). Nothing is perfect I guess. Overall, this patio set is definitely worth the money. Good quality. It is not too low and plenty of room to lounge with family and friends. I haven’t enjoyed 1 full day with it yet so I can update after some time and see how it does with this Central Florida weather.
