Very nice for the price. I started to assemble and quickly realized that it would take a century with a Allen wrench. I got a hex bit and extension and rachet and it took me by myself 4 hours to put it all together. It surprisingly lined up very well. A few pieces needed some convincing but all and all not bad. Definitely don’t regret buying it.

The chairs are great. It took a couple of hrs to build but nothing too bad. HOWEVER WE ARE MISSING PARTS we contacted the product maker/the seller, and Amazon customer service to assist us in getting the parts delivered as we already spent hours building the couches but no one has assisted they all say yes we will inform the seller and have them sent out to you ASAP. I live close to the warehouse (about 20 minutes away) so it should have arrived next day but its been Over a week later and nothing from the seller or Amazon. Its too bad because the product is great, the cousomer service is horrible Missing parts: Bottom feet of all chairs and connector clips to connect all pieces together

This furniture set took me a few days to put together myself and I swear I still don’t have the coffee table set up right (but it works). It looks beautiful on my deck with some extra pillows and still looks good after all the rain we’ve had lately. The cushions are slippery material but holds up great so far.

This is a nice set, it was easy to put together with two people assembling it. There are some quality control issues that I don't think are acceptable. One of the cushion foams is not cut straight. It's cut on a slant which makes the foam cushion not fill out the cushion cover on one side and doesn't look very nice. Another issue is that the ratten on one of the chairs is not affixed to anything. It's just tucked in and looks like it will eventually start to come apart. I don't think these issues are acceptable after paying $1,120 with tax and shipping. I have emailed the company about the cushion (I emailed them about the cushion before I found the loose ratten) and they offered me $40 refund for the cushion because they don't have it in stock. I don't want the refund. I want a cushion that's not defective. Now that I found the ratten is loose and am afraid that it will start to unravel eventually since it's not affixed to anything. Update: The company sent me the replacement parts I needed. I'm very pleased with the product now and the company's customer service was excellent!

I would love to give this a 5 star but it came without any instructions. I emailed the company with no response. It took way too long to figure it out due to multiple parts and hardware. It is a nice set, cheaply made but decent for the price.
