This 7.5 inch wedge pillow provides good support and is soft and comfortable. The fabric is nice and so is the handle for carrying it. It's helpful to have the non-slip side to put a pillow on. The only downside is you really do need to air this out 4-5 days before using it due to a strong and unpleasant smell.

I bought this after my mom let me borrow hers and when I tried it for the first time, it felt weirdly comfortable. I have no idea why I found sleeping on this comfortable, but it just was. When you open the pillow, I'd recommend airing it out for a few hours if possible to get rid of the smell. The cover is washable, but to avoid washing it so often, I just put a pillow case on top of the pillow when I sleep. The pillow is also definitely on the firmer side, so this isn't for people who prefer plush. The only con about this is that my body seems to slide down while I sleep, which puts my neck in an awkward position, so I always end up waking up to reposition myself. This happens about once or twice during the night. My wife also struggles with vertigo every now and then, but ever since she started using this pillow, she's said that her dizziness is much less severe whenever the vertigo comes back.

I use this pillow to support my back when IAM reading watching TV and rest. I recommend you this pillow. Only smell bad for two weeks but I use to go the bad smell all over the pillow and leave near the window. I use freeze odor eliminator.

The pillow that I received does not have a chemical smell, it is an overpowering MILDEW smell. After a week it had lessened a bit, but didn't go away. I unzipped it, thinking it was just the cover, but the foam smelled as well. It made me wonder if that's why they chose black material for the cover? That was bad enough, but the return instructions said to put it in its original box. It would have been nearly impossible to decompress the foam again to fit! So I chose the option to have UPS handle the packing. They said they couldn't just send it in its plastic bag, I had to either go home and box it myself or pay $11 for one of their boxes. Amazon and these sellers of compressed foam products should address the return in the original box issue. After that fiasco, I bought the #1 best seller brand (7.5") which is perfect with such a minor, almost pleasant scent, I didn't mind it at all. Plus for me it was more comfortable with just the right amount of softness and firm support.

I purchased this product because it said that it does not have an odor I received the product on September 17th and it still has a odor to it I have not been able to use it because of the smell I've put it outside I have sprayed odor remover on it I have also rubbed it down in baking soda and let it set and the odor is still there after over a month. The product itself is very good but the odor is very bad.
