The pillows come air sealed so I would advise once their opened to let them air out after fluffing for a day, this will help fluff and they did have a slight smell that needed to be aired out due to the plastic. The pillows had started rising pretty quickly when I took them out and maybe took about an hour to finish. Contrary to most of the reviews, they’re bit too firm for me which kind of makes me sad I couldn’t get it a bit more soft and fluffy like everyone else. I’ve slept on them for a while and even after trying to fluff them myself they’re still too firm and stiff; as time goes by, it unfortunately gets worse. The fill is also a bit weird and makes the pillow feel a bit lumpy but the overall feel of the pillows are smooth and a bit soft.
