Putting it together was fine, lots of pieces and parts for only two major ergonomic functions. The seat is terrible. Bottoms out and not comfortable. I end up sitting on the frame all the time. Shifting doesn't help as the thin foam in the seat just isn't supportive after a few minutes. Also with how complicated it was to put together and all the pieces, it reclines and it goes up and down. That's it. And the arms don't even provide support while you're reclining so you just end up being in this awkward position, and did I mention the seat is thin foam? It's just kinda terrible and I spent too much to get anything different. My old chair is so worn out but after years it's still more comfortable to sit in than this brand new thing. ... show more

Super easy to assemble and comfy but seems like my chair may have been put together before. The seat was covered in dog hair my hardware packaging was cut open on 2 spots luckily it came with spare screws

I had received this chair, but it wouldn't go together. Working with support, they were great. They return to the chair and got me a new one and made sure it worked. So in the end, it was a great chair, barring those couple of weeks to get it resolved.

This is a nice chair but d0esmt support over weight. I had to place a clamp bracket to hold it up.

I wouldn't recccomend you to get it because me and a lot of other reviews I had read said the same thing. "arm rest fell off upon bought" the screws they gave you isn't a perfect fit and cause the arm rest to lose it support, best to look for something else.

while the chair was super comfortable the center support on this gave out and now slides thru the support for the hydraulic cylinder.
