I've been using this chair daily for a couple weeks now. I didn't have high expectations for it when I got it, but I've been very happy with it. In particular, I thought I would hate the headrest, but it has come in quite handy for me since one of my monitors I use (less often) is mounted up high. The amount of tension the back has is easily adjusted and you can really dial that in. The chair this replaces was always too tight in my opinion (even after adjusting), so this was a nice change. The wheels also roll much better than my previous chair, which is nice. There is a widget you can attach to the back to hang a coat or jacket on. I found it somewhat deficient in this task and occasionally in the way, so I got rid of it. Assembly wasn't hard, but could certainly have gone better. For starters, there are a bunch of different sized screws that go in different places. Most things of this nature (in my experience) make it just a bit easier by having as many screws be the same size as possible so that you don't accidentally mix them up. Also, the arrow on the base pointed toward the front, but from the back side and so initially I put it on backwards and then had to take it back off to fix it. Finally, one of the screw holes was not threaded correctly and, try as I might, I could but get a screw to go in. This means that the back is being held on with 3 screws instead of 4. This worried me at first, but I haven't detected any problems arising from it. I find the arms are more comfortable when installed backward. There is too much in the front and not enough in the back when installed normally. Also, I wish I could adjust them in and out, not just up and down. Finally, if I sit forward (on the edge of my seat, as it were) I feel like the back is trying to push me off the chair. The back is great if you are using it, but it gets in the way of you are not. Overall, a good chair - definitely an upgrade from what I was using before. Not perfect, but not bad. Country of origin: made in China

The chair itself is comfortable and the option of having a head rest and jacket hanger is nice. The assembly was largely easy with the exception of a single screw point that mounts the back to the base. I found myself struggling to get the screw into nut properly and round up stripping the bottom quarter of the screw because there was an alignment issue with the nut. In the end I simply didn’t use that mounting point and I’m hoping the other two will do the trick.

This office chair is a great alternative to the generally expensive office chairs you see in supply stores. The price is great and the chair is sturdy and very comfortable. The seat is large enough to accommodate a large person, and the padding is very supportive. It did take me about 30 minutes to assemble the extra parts, everything was included and labeled well. The only reason I did not give this chair a 5 star review is because of the tilt back locking feature. You can either have the back tilt, lock halfway, or lock straight up. I would like to have a "little tilt" which is what I am used to, but I find the open tilt position allows me to move back and forth at will. All of the movements are fluid and the armrests go up and down which is a nice feature. It also comes with a headrest which I did not have before, so that is a real bonus. You can also add on the optional coat hanger to the back of the chair for a jacket or sweater, which is a nice feature. All in all I think this chair is good quality and value and I would recommend it.

This chair arrived unassembled, but was easy to put together in only about 15 minutes, which included unpacking all the parts. the instructions were easy to follow and understand. This chair has a mesh back, which helps alleviate overheating/sweating. The chair has a high back, with a headrest, that can be tilted to different positions. You can recline the chair, and lock it in place, lock it into the upright position, or even keep it unlocked so you can "rock" back at will, to stretch or adjust yourself for comfort. The arms are adjustable for height, and you can slightly adjust how far out from the seat they go when assembling. The height adjuster moves smoothly, there is no jerky motion when you change the height while using the chair. Since I'm using this in my home office, I'm not too sure if I like the coat hanger on the back of the chair, because of how far it sticks out. I will try to remember to update my review when I have had it for a few more weeks or so. This is going to be a personal preference, I feel. Overall, I really like this chair, and hope this review helps you decide if you want to make this purchase.

this is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned and I owned many chairs with higher prices. It was really easy and fast to set up took about 20 min and the directions were very clear. I was a bit skeptical about getting it due to my big size being 6'2, but this chair did not disappoint. It is very spacious and big. The quality is definitely there with this product. I love that it has a hanger in the back to play clothes and whatever you see fit. It has a headrest that I don't really use often but it's there. I do a lot of gaming and this chair helps me be comfortable while doing that. It would be nice if they offer different colors and variety with this chair. Furthermore, it's definitely with it for the price. great deal and a great product. would 100% recommend it!
