These came exactly as expected. They aren’t to heavy which some glass tumblers are. The hole is bigger and has a slight dip to allow liquids to drain into.

My first order it came and the holes were too big for the plug and oval shape not round so I got a replacement box sent out and they came. They were good , I made beautiful products. so I made another order of the same product and they came yesterday. I again had to call and speak to customer service as The plug holes are too big and they’re oval shaped again and the plug is too small. The product leaks out of the inside once I try to plus it. I will not be ordering from this seller again due to I lost 4 orders in the delay of the replacement coming to me from the defective ones that I had to send back.2 times. Lesson learned I tried to give it another try hoping that it was just a one time mistake. 😒 ... show more

Not really a fan of these. I love the way the cup looks but it's nearly impossible to get the plug to stay in. I have tried several different things and it's a battle each time. I have not had this issue with any other cups. Would not recommend for that reason.

I had one cup come chipped, and didn’t notice until all the liquid was leaking out of it. The silicone caps don’t fit they leak really bad. Not a fan.
