I needed something quick and honestly, there were too many reviews on some of the most popular chairs that I couldn't decide so I went for this one that didn't have many reviews at all (as I'm writing this there are 16). It's August 16th, 2022. I just put it together (easy enough - follow the video or read the easy directions) and I was really worried about the quality and sturdiness of the chair but it actually looks decent and it's pretty comfortable. I'll update this review in a few months or if it changes. But for less than $100, it's a decent option if you need something quick. 09/03/22 Update: I returned the chair. I still think it's a decent chair for the price, but I want to be honest. Unfortunately, the chair kept slipping down throughout the day. During the day I had to re-adjust the chair and pull it back up. I had someone else stronger than me, come by and tighten everything to make sure I did everything right in setting it up, but it kept happening. Maybe I have a defective chair? I don't weigh that much for that to be the problem either. I returned the chair and am waiting to buy a more expensive chair since I work from home and use it all day long.

Arm of chair arrived broken. It was still able to be put together and the chair seems firm enough but still enough cushion. The chair isn’t bad just not able to use the arm rest because it’s broken and I don’t feel like taking it apart to send back.

Update: The seller contacted me and sent a replacement gas shock to fix the chair. They did not have to do that but they put customer service as a high priority. I can really appreciate that. I would definitely buy from this seller again. After two months of having this chair the lift mechanism no longer works and I’m going from the highest level all the way down to the lowest without even moving. I am well under the maximum allowed weight. Poor product.
