Super easy and fast to install. Feels safe enough for my little one to lean up against but not slide down the side of the mattress and get stuck, or roll out of bed. Nice neutral color too. The mesh in the middle is nice to see our little one while he's sleeping. He's on a bottom bunk bed, so I can't just look down on top of him like an independent twin or toddler bed. So far, it works well, seems sturdy enough, and we like it!

I feel so much more secure for my baby aster installing this for both sides of the bed. We spend quality time to play in the bed with much less concerns of him falling off accidentally. It is a great product, easy to and quick to install. I was able to do the assembly and installation myself while my baby was asleep.

work perfectly. Read the instructions 3 times, then look at the pictures and they will work for you. Fold-down rail works great. Makes toddler be very intentional in escaping at the bottom of the bed.

I bought several of these to set up a fence around my California King bed to keep my older small dog from falling off. I have openings only for me to get into the bed and for him to get up his stairs. The part that goes under the bed is long enough that I don't need to use the strap that goes across the bed. You might have to use that for a toddler, but maybe not. They seem quite sturdy to me with just the u-shaped part under the mattress, certainly sturdy enough to contain a 20 lb dog. Another reason I ordered this particular one is that it came in beige, which looks nice in my bedroom. I'm not sure what's with the reviews that say the folding mechanism is tricky to use. On the shorter ones where I can reach both ends, I can fold it from inside the bed. The assembly was ridiculously simple, although the instructions actually made it look harder than it was. It comes with the pieces grouped as they go together, the pieces that go together are labeled as such, and once you've put one together you can assemble the subsequent ones in about five minutes flat.
