Arrived in perfect condition, no dents. The regular tall kitchen trash bags sold everywhere fit fine. Just pull out the bucket/liner, put the bag in, arrange around the top and put it back in the can. The lid works great. Slow close, and if you want it to stay straight up, just stop it from closing all the way and put it there. When you want it to close again, give it a nudge. This trash can fits perfectly in the space I bought it for & it looks so good! I wanted one with the insert inside to hold the bag which this has but it’s a little hard to take out. It opens easily & I love the soft close.

Have had this for over a year. Here's what I like about it. Like the hands free opening floor mechanism, it holds up. Like the removable inner liner. It holds the kitchen size bahs well and the holes in the inner liner make it easy to get the air out of a newly placed trash bag. Only drawback that's not a game changer.... some rust dotting appeared on the inner portion of the lid a couple months after purchase I wipe it down the lid and the outside of the can with a paper towel and multipurpose spray cleaner at least once a month. The rust on the inside of the lid is the only draw back. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes this rusting issue. Would I purchase this again, yes I would. ... show more
