The pillow in the lower back of the chair offers great support. It is more comfortable than the chair I have at work that cost close to $400. The pillow in the small of your back feels so good after sitting for several hours. My husband bought these chairs for his friends to use for poker games. I may have to "borrow" one for my desk at home! They roll great. My husband had some issues with putting them together as the screws that held the arms to the seat did not fit good. They had to be screwed into the seat because of the threading. Otherwise, they are well worth the money. ... show more

Assembly was pretty easy. The chair seems to be of decent quality. The only complaint that I have is that the chair will not "recline" at all. I believe that the base that attaches to the seat bottom is messed up in some manner. Bent would be my guess. All in all, it seems like a decent investment.

I ended up liking this chair a lot more than I thought I was going to. The little back pillow is a very nice touch and has helped my posture quite a bit already. Assembly wasn’t too bad at all and didn’t require me to get any other tools myself. The headrest is nice to have when I’m frustrated with work and lean back in a huff too! It’s a nice cushion and is overall comfortable. It was a bit shorter than I was expecting, and a bit narrower in the seat. It also feels like the seat leans a little bit forward in the front, and I thought I maybe put it together incorrectly, but I think that’s just how it’s designed. Look… if you have powerful thighs like me then the arms of the chair are going to press into your legs and make you uncomfortable after an extended period of time. Other than that, it’s a great chair.

I received the chair and didn't put it together for two weeks because I thought it would be somewhat difficult. I was so glad to be wrong. It was EASY to assemble. My advice is to watch the video. It explained perfectly how to assemble. The only difference I would do from the video is to assemble the chair arms prior to putting the seat onto the pneumatic post because the chair turns constantly while you're trying to tighten the bolts. Annoying, but manageable. The chair itself is nice and tall for my 5'9'' height. I sit at a dining room table to work from home. My back ached a lot. This has relieved the aching. The seat is a bit stiff for padding, but my behind is heavy and I'm sure it will soften up over time. Thus I'm glad it is stiffer than what I'm used to for now. The chair can be adjusted for height so that your feet lies flat (as they should. The back can tighten tension to lie backwards or sit you up forward. It is very noiseless too. The head rest is very adjustable. I love having padded arms as well. For the money, it can't be beat. I'm super happy as a new user. If anything changes over time with performance, I will come back to this review and post an update. ... show more
