Adds Luxury Standard Brushed Nickel RO Faucet, Refrigerator Connection Kit, and Dow Filmtec 75 GPD high hardness RO membrane to the Home Master HydroPerfection Reverse Osmosis System. This Loaded Version provides additional solutions. Drought affected municipal water supplies have increased water hardness leading to early membrane failure. The Home Master Loaded Version RO systems feature the latest Dow Filmtec high hardness RO membrane for residential water supplies up to 18 grains per gallon. The new upgraded lead-free Luxury Standard Brushed Nickel RO faucet with 1/4-turn ceramic disk and 360-degree swivel spout is beautiful. Installing the RO faucet on traditional RO systems can be a hassle because of tight spaces. So, rather than forcing you to buy a specialized tool, a specially designed fastener tightened by hand is included. Plus, the fridge kit delivers purified water to fridge centers. The HydroPerfection uses 9 stages of filtration, purification, sterilization, and enhancement using sediment, iron, catalytic carbon and reverse osmosis purification to remove up to 99% of iron, hydrogen sulfide, chloramines, chlorine, chemicals, chromium, lead, dissolved solids, light and heavy metals, and other contaminates. Usually I don’t post reviews on things I buy but I always read reviews when I am researching a product, and I think I need to post reviews to help others as others helped me doing this research on the home master and the other systems. I never liked bottled water. I used couple filtration systems, counter top like Brita and zero water and I am not saying they are bad (or any other system) but I got tired of buying filters every few weeks, and the cost after couple of years, and testing the water that the filter is still good, and especially for my coffee, tea, and drinking, water improved with the filters compared to faucet but I needed better. So a after a little over a year ago started wondering that I needed a better system and after a long research for better system and the reviews of other systems and on the Home Master TMHP system made my final purchase decision easy. Small system not the whole house, replace filters or membrane annually and one every two years and an ultra violet light, something I can install myself, and just for drinking and cooking, coffee and tea. It took me 3 hours to install. Right after installation I’m completely satisfied and thrilled with the performance of this system. Installation of the Home Master system was easy. If you’re somewhat handy, instructions and videos provide all I needed to complete the project. All connections are easy to use ‘push-to-connect’ fittings, the installation instructions reiterate often to insure you push the tubing firmly into the fittings and then pull the tubing to insure connection, connected to the fridge for the ice maker. Do it correctly there will be no leaks. Works perfectly, I can fill a large pot in 2 to 3 minutes, a large glass 3 or 4 seconds, simply excellent. I can tell you the water tastes amazing, my coffee and iced tea is coffee and tea with no after taste. I can say the Home Master system should be your choice. The ice in the water after melting leaves weird stuff or cloudiness. As I said, a major selling point was the fact that you only change the filters annually and other filters after two years. I have the system for 15 months now, and I bought the full replacement filters set any way instead of the annual set a couple weeks ago to replace. The complete full set was less than I spent on the counter top filters in six months that I used in the past. Maybe I will replace the filters this coming weekend, should be an easy work replacing them. Every so often I test the water using these pens for particles and stuff and it read nothing. I believe I made a great choice with this system. It’s a great investment for my home. Take care of yourself. I am happy with this filtering system and this company and their filter. Thanks a lot!!! This is a great system. I don't test the water anymore but I used to have a device that would test and it definitely filters the water well. Water always tastes clean and clear. It has never given us issues and we've had our system for several years. Even bought one for our contractor as a gift so his family can have clean water whenever they want. We change the filters every year as they instruct and after several years you change out the lines. We are not handy people and yet it was relatively easy to set up. We did have to drill into a pipe where the waste drains. If you'd rather not set it up, ask a local handyman you trust. But it was easy. When the set up process is done correctly, the water pressure is great and fills a bottle very quickly. If the pressure goes down, you just have to tend to it and we just watch a youtube video. Only one year we had to repressurize before the filters were due but I think we didn't quite follow the setup instructions when the filters were replaced. Takes up a lot of space under the sink because it is very complete with multiple filters and a large storing tank, but you still should have plenty of room for your kitchen cleaning supplies. Designed for easy self-install; most everything is already connected, just a few connections to make. The online Youtube videos are helpful. Most of my install time was spent removing the previous install in the cramped working quarters under the sink. Definitely see a much faster flow rate with this system versus the old. Water tastes fine; can't say that it is remarkably better than previous system or bottled water or water from the RO refill store...but I'm happy knowing it is clean and safe. I like that it has the UV feature included. Got the upgraded system with the better faucet (nice), refrigerator kit (just a T valve + tubing...but was too short, got longer piece but not installed yet--working on getting it through and apparent 90 bend in the sleeve. behind the cabinets), and I guess some other filter. Overall, a very good system, on the high end for price but also quality and performance. Update for 2021: Have gone through several seasons with filter replacements and trouble-free operation. Recently moved and bought my 2nd hydro perfection loaded setup with UV & the upgraded faucet (same as my first one). Had a couple of connection challenges for the new install, but the vendor was super helpful & responsive to get me up and running quickly. Not only is the product top notch, but the customer service is really amazing--they answer the phone with a human during business hours, return calls if voice mail is left after hours, and promptly assist with supporting info via email and / or parts if needed with expedited delivery. While this system price is a bit higher than some budget units, the quality, flow rate, customer service, and peace of mind that you are drinking the best possible water that you can get are worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Water's Hydro Perfection system as best in class and really the only one I'd ever consider buying for myself if/when I ever need another one. ... show more

4/4/25 Update. Over one year since we've installed our system. Have had zero problems and great tasting water. Repressurized the tank and replaced the filters on the one year installation anniversary. The process was straightforward and I had no difficulties. Purchased the associated filter replacement kit and everything fit and worked properly right out of the box. Still highly recommend this product! Original review: Everything was pre-assembled, which made installation much simpler. Only have to hook up external connections and prime the system. Instructions were easy to follow. The only issue I had (taking ease of installation to 3-stars) was that the system I received shipped with a saddle valve connection to the drain line for drainage. As far as I can tell, it is illegal to use these in the US since it is not a secure drain connection. So I independently ordered a drain-line adapter to my dishwasher drain line. Works perfectly, no leaks. Thank goodness for Amazon same-day delivery. I did not contact tech support on this issue so I have no personal experience with using them. I initially connected my icemaker to the system, however, I found that the icemaker draws too much water for the RO system and it can't keep up. After a few days we started running out of water and the reserve tank was constantly empty. Our icemaker is an undercabinet icemaker, so it's water needs are much higher than a normal refrigerator would be. So I've moved my icemaker to a separate high-flow filter system and that solved the problem. Installation is clean and everything is accessible for future maintenance. Takes a lot of space under the sink, but we moved cleaning items and dishwasher tabs to a different cabinet. I recommend labeling the filters with date of installation so you know when to service them in the future. Overall, the end product is great! Water tastes fantastic and so much better than bottled water. We can taste the difference and its especially noticeable in our coffee maker. ... show more

This is exactly what we needed. Fresh drinkable water! I love how everything including the tubing can be replaced. And I think this tastes like the best water in the world. Highly recommend. Installed in the basement towards the first floor to help with water pressure. 60psi at the city tap and it seems like plenty for the fridge for both ice and water production. The unit is installed 15’ horizontally and 2’ vertical to the wall valve installed behind the fridge. Install was very straightforward (non plumber handyman difficulty 2.5/5), instructions were good and we now have great water off the farm well water. No more hauling water, and quality components as far as I can see. We installed a tap on the normal sink, and a fridge icemaker line. Install took longer than expected as Mom wanted the pressure tank under the house. But lots of water pressure from the tap and water tastes great! It did take longer than expected to flush the filters, but so far it's great. ... show more

UPDATE:We’ve had the system for 3 years now. Still works as great as it did at first install. I follow the recommendations and change the filters each year. (Their customer service will help you know what to get). I did have a problem with no production a few months ago and so I called customer service. They put me on with one of the Techs. He help me go through the step to figure out what the problem was. He shipped me the price I needed and within days I was up and running. I can’t say enough good things about this product and the company. ORIGINAL REVIEW:We’ve had the Home Master TMHP-L installed for four months now. We love it! We’ve told many of our other friends We installed it in our basement, directly below the kitchen sink. We didn’t want it in the sink cabinet because we keep our trash can and recycling under the sink. It will also make it easier when we go to change the filters each year. We also got the refrigerator connected to the system. This was a big deal to us! We never used our house well water before we installed the system. Our well water tasted awful and would sometimes appear contaminated and leave a ring in a glass. Which means we never used our ice maker. Now that the system is connected to the fridge, the ice maker’s ice is perfect and doesn’t change the taste of a drink. Now that I’m not buying 12 gallons and a case of bottled water every week, our recycling bin isn’t overflowing and we are saving time and money. The videos from Home Master were a great tool to install the system. And get this!!! When I had a question, I called the company. A REAL PERSON took my call. I asked about one of the fittings and he said ‘hold on, I’ll go get it’. And he described it to me as we did it while over the phone. Good install instructions. Great taste. Good flow. We had stinky well water and it was safe to drink, but just didnt taste that good. My husband installed this with no issue and so far it works well. I'm only giving it a 4 star because even though the box was in perfect shape the water tank had a huge dent in it. It's under the cabinet and not seen and still usable, but we were a bit disappointed in the fact that it arrived damaged. Overall this seems to be an excellent product and I will update after a bit and comment on overall filter use and long term durability. ... show more
