Everyone in my family has been making great use of this home gym!! My husband had shoulder surgery last year and is striving to get his muscle tone back. He’s been utilizing it everyday to little by little get built back up. My son and DIL are enjoying working out on their days off and I’m having fun burning calories and building muscle during my weight loss journey. It took two of us about 3hrs to fully assemble. The instructions were very easy to follow which made assembly easy as well. It comes with the necessary tools, but I’d highly suggest using sockets/ratchets if you have them available. The included tools are an amazing add-on, but ratchets work so much better than wrenches. It fits great next to an open wall we have in the dining area. It’s very sturdy and everything works perfectly. The pullies/cables seemed a bit stiff rather than smoothly gliding at first, but it quickly resolved after a few uses. I think it’s just because it was brand new It’s very easy to change the weight selection. I’ve had some that were challenging, but this was effortless. The upper body workouts are absolutely amazing, as well as the leg lift. I did quickly buy the ankle strap attachment so I could do more thigh/glute exercises and it works amazing for that as well! I’m very happy with this purchase. For the price and quality, you can’t go wrong! Definitely beats paying the $35 per month at the local gym that requires effort to make myself get up and drive to. This being right here at home, I can turn on my music as loud as I want and/or watch the TV (entertainment or instructional workout videos). We are truly loving every minute of it!

Love this machine! The only thing is the box came damaged and when I opened it both hardware kits were busted open and when it came down to the end of putting it together I had missing nuts bolts and washers. I had to go to Home Depot and find like bolts nuts and washers to finish putting together. But other than that it’s been great!

The package arrived in four different boxes, in two separate days. All heavy so definitely make sure someone is able to lift when the packages arrive. The best part about this machine is the structural, build quality to it. Now I can workout from ny home - appreciating the variety of workouts I can do with this. I’ve only had it for about a week, so really just about 4 days of use. But so far so good and can honestly say that it’s very much worth the price! It’s that perfect not too expensive that the budget is out of reach, but also not too cheap that you begin to question its quality. My fitness journey (at home) to even becoming better and more fit is just getting started, and I’m glad I no longer have to go to the gym a lot now.

I must have gotten a returned box. The nuts and bolts are scattered everywhere and I’m missing parts. This was a Christmas present and now it’s completely useless without all the parts. Over $400 spent and a boy without a functioning Christmas present. Outrageous.

Little small for a big person. Also limited range on the chest fly part of the machine. Overall built well. For the money and a home gym machine not to bad. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

I am completely happy with this set, it did take my husband a couple of hours to put together. We had one bolt that the end was missing the grooves in it and threads lol but we were able to remedy that problem. Sturdy and secure.

Make sure you check all the welds before assembling this. The upper leg support on mine was only spot welded on, obviously the welder just forgot to weld this one, but this should have been caught, that’s why you have quality control. All the completed welds looked good, but I’m just glad I noticed before I used it under weight. The company gave me a partial refund because of this. Otherwise it’s a nice gym that looks like it should last and has a lot of exercise options. Assembly was simple enough and can be done by one person, directions are ok, if you are mechanical at all should be no problem.
