Needed a second chair in the office for occasional use. Price was right and liked that it sit's upright, reclines and meets my weight. In short, it's comfy, and took me about 15-20 minutes to completely assemble including foot rest. The head position in back may cause issues for those over 6 foot, but I slouch so didn't have an issue (I'm right at 6ft). As other's have stated, it's lower to the ground so this is NOT a desk chair. Seat Height is stated in the MFG specs and that's my fault for not catching that as I'd like it to be another 6-8 inches up. Not a dealbreaker. Locks (turn screws) for the recline function are a little wonky, but again. it's an inexpensive chair. They work and hold it firmly in position. Massage function works. I have nothing to compare it to but you can feel the difference between settings and while at first I though the buzzing would get annoying but sit in it for a bit, stare at the ceiling and it becomes white noise. It's not a $5k massage chair so...... Works for what it is. Wasn't missing any parts, assembled quickly, all electrical works and I fit. In closing: *good price *quick delivery *no missing parts *comfy *for those that are assembly challenged, may take an extra 15-20 to figure a couple things out

Having a bad back I was very concerned about difficulty in putting the chair together. It was an absolute snap to accomplish. It took about 45 minutes to remove all the wrapping AND put the chair together. The comfort is amazing. Very full cushioning and construction, sewing is beyond expectation. Very well done. The massage unit for the chair AND integrated to the footstool are outstanding. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Price was unbelievable for a product of this quality. Thank you so much.

-The chair is amazing. It looks great, is very comfortable, the heat function is warm, love the vibrating massage! It is a great value. -My chair came with two left arms and no instructions. -However: the customer service is responsive and really helpful. Not right away, it did take a few days, but the first chair came with two left arms - the company actually sent me an entire second chair, instead of the replacement arms, which I thought was great customer service and it really exceeded my expectations. -The second chair also did not have instructions, and the arms were labeled incorrectly (Left was right, right was left) and the little pocket for the remote, was on the wrong side. -But if you keep your expectations low and just enjoy the chair - this is a great chair. I love it.

This chair is more than I expected. I saw a similar style chair in a local store, but it was over $700, so I took a chance on this one, and happy I did! It arrived ahead of schedule, packed well. Instructions were not very clear, but that seems to be the way it is now. The excellent part was that when I was stuck on what to do with the "pin and clamp" I called the help number and an person answered, speaking clear English and helped me, and even emailed me more instructions. This was clearly the company and not just a call center. Once I got past that, assembly was fairly easy. It took me around an hour, but I did it alone, and you should really have two people to hold the back in place while you attach it. Also, I used a battery powered screw (hex) driver which sales a lot of time and energy. If you don't have one, spend $20 and get one! The chair is lower than it says in this ad, as the seat is around 18" at it's height. I knew it was low, so no surprise there. I was surprised at how comfortable it is! The reclining action works well, as all you do is push yourself back, not lever or anything. The massage feature leave much to be desired, but for me it was just an extra in case it worked well. It's just vibration, so not much of a "massage". I also have no issues with the wires as others have mentioned. I'm very happy with this chair and would recommend it! (This review is done on my own with no payment, or incentive from the manufacturer, Amazon, or anyone else!)

Love this chair! Not hard to assemble and feels wonderful! Whether relaxing will reading or sipping coffee, this massage chair is worth every dime. Granted there is no kneading or thumping but it’s still a great looking comfy chair for the money. Love it!!!

Their company has the best customer service I have seen in decades. I had put the arms on the chair the wrong way, they worked with me until I saw my mistake. The chair itself is as advertised, it's not the most expensive looking chair but for the price it's a good chair. I'm really appreciative of their customer service. The chair came four days before it was expected also. I'll buy from this company again.
