    • Defective or Poor Quality?
The media could not be loaded. As soon as heat function is turned on, the ‘embers’ start to blink and a loud noise starts. The video starts and ends without the heat and the embers do not blink. I am attempting to return.

It’s a great fireplace! Just a warning,it’s very lightweight and the legs are plastic! The remote has adjustable brightness for the flame effect. Love that! All in all, Very happy!

I turn it on when I get home from work in the evening and it takes the chill out of the entire living room. No need to use any other heating source

The stove is very cute. Works for my small room. It serves its purpose however, very disappointed in the material used. It’s all very cheap plastic!! I didn’t expect cast iron but I also didn’t expect a cheap plastic. Cute stove but not worth the price!!

It is very noisy and can only be controlled by the remote! If the remote is lost, you won’t be able to control anything! Also very cheaply made. The legs and top are made of cheap plastic. Mine came with a dent on the top. Definitely sending it back!
