I would say that this chair lived up to the hype for having only paid just over $100 for it. My 5 star rating is based on what you're receiving for the price. It's certainly not a high-end chair, but at this price it's not pretending to be, and it will suit most people in their home. It was easy to assemble and the parts are of good quality. I did not find this chair to be flimsy or unstable as others have commented. This could come down to proper assembly. Make sure you lightly hand-tighten all screws in place before doing your final tightening with a tool. This is just basics of carpentry. Expect to have to coerce the fabric a little bit to get the screws cleanly into their holes. I see this "issue" as par for the course in assembling chairs like this. Basically don't be lazy with assembly and I think most people should be fine. I am 6'2" 240 lbs and I haven't experienced any discomfort sitting in this chair like other bigger guys have commented. I guess it just comes down to preferences about being "hugged" along your thighs by the wings of the seat. Yes, it's a snug fit, but I'm not being wedged between the armrests or anything crazy like that. My ass just feels supported! To the guy who commented that he can't "manspread" in this chair... I'm not having that issue at all, and I can't see why it would be a problem unless you're going for a 90 degree spread or something?

Just received my chair today. Went together very easily. Was done 20 or 25 min, not bad. All the parts fit well and the holes were not misaligned or jammed full of fabric. Seems sturdy and I gamed in it tonight for several hours (Battletech). Gonna take me a bit to get used to it, had a chair before that rocked and this does not, which is one of the reasons I got this chair, getting old need to take better care of the back. Good value. But the best thing is the right arm rest had a plastic part broken during shipping, purely cosmetic, worked fine. But being brand I want it to look nice. So I contacted Homall and explained the issue and told them I had picture of the damaged box and part of they wanted to verify, they said it was not necessary! From the time I sent the intial e-mail via Amazon to their response back stating a new arm rest was on the way to me was four hours on the long end. Amazing customer service. Tip O’ the Hat to Homall customer service representatives. Added: this is good chair and a good friend has it now. I could never get truly comfortable because it would not lean back. My fault not the chair, moral of this story if you’re a “chair-leaner” this May not be a great a choice. If you not a leaner this is a fantastic chair!!

Great gaming chair, great value!! I had already bought this one in blue but liked it so much that I got another one for my roommate. -Easy to assemble - comes with instructions and the tool necessary to screw all bolts, also included. In 30 min or less you should be all set -Design is really cool and elegant all black with cool textures, coming with lumbar pillow (great for many hours of use) and head rest (adjustable for yur head height). Pillows are easily detachable if you want to use the chair without them. -Armrests are not adjustable, many people complain about this but you can see this is expected as it is advertised. I have no complain in this as the height is good and are firm and stable. -Perfect condition, no issues with any piece or material, the hydraulic part that raises and lowers the chair works as expected, also very stable and feels like good quality. -I took several pics to help you guys with the assembly and show how cool it looks in the final result, helping to get an idea if you have any problems. Overall 5 stars, this is exactly the gaming chair I was looking for, affordable, comfortable and good quality!

Let me start off by saying that this is an Amazon Prime eligible product that is supposed to ship in 2 days... I got it in 5 days. The chair looks good. Although I am kind of disappointed in it. Their isn't much for padding for your butt. Its pretty firm, the same can be said for the back rest. I personally found the back and head pillows to be very uncomfortable. But I'm going to assume the pillows just need to be "broken in" hopefully. As for now, I've removed them. You cannot just lean back in the chair. If you want to do that, you need to use the lever that adjusts the back rest, which does go back pretty far. The arm rests are not adjustable up and down. You can however adjust them in and out, but only by loosening the screws that hold it in place. Even then they can only be moved about 1/4 of an inch to a 1/2 inch. I feel that the arm rest support arms are not very strong. When I change a position or adjust myself in a chair, I tend to lift myself by the arm rests. When I did this, the support arms flexed a little bit. Aside from the arm rests, the chair seems pretty durable. The screws you are given have loctite on them so they won't eventually fall out. If you're looking for quality, but cheap, this could be the chair for you. If you're looking for pure comfort, I wouldn't recommend this chair. Spend the extra money for comfort. EDIT: 3/28/2020 - So I've had this a little less than a full year now. I sat in the chair and leaned back as you would normally when you sit in a chair and the backrest just kept moving into a full recline, even though the lever is in the "locked" position. The arm rests are super flimsy... The bolts are tight, they just have poor structure and durability. I recommend you AVOID BUYING THIS. Save up and spend extra money to buy a good chair. It will be worth it in the end for you!

Edit: changing from one star to 3 since they contacted me and gave me a refund I tired to give this chair a chance but after 3 weeks i am now looking for another. The chair is very uncomfortable.... cushions are not thick. The arms rests are just hard plastic very uncomfortable if you sit for more than an hour. The lumbar pillow and head pillow are cheaply made.... do yourself a favor and spend good $ on a chair
