I’ve been putting off getting one of these chairs for awhile and this one came on sale for $20 off so I finally jumped on it. Love the blue color and glad it wasn’t out of stock as it usually is. Came package very nicely with no issues whatsoever. FedEx delivered it so you know they take more care of things than USPS at least in my experience. Putting it together was a breeze. Took me about an hour. As long as you can read you can put this together. I. The pamphlet said to scan QR code for a video but I couldn’t find the QR code anywhere in the paperwork or the box it came in. Love that the footrest just slides right under the chair out of sight when not in use. The electric USB massaging pad is not a gimmick! It actually works quite decently and kind of impressed me lol. Overall you can’t go wrong with this gaming chair. It’s well stitched together and the leather feels premium.

My husband has literally fallen asleep in his chair a few times now lol It took less than 20 minutes to assemble it, the instructions were easy to follow.. - the back “massager” is just a pad that vibrates lol it’s not “fancy” with the little balls that massage your back, but it’s still a really dope chair! Plus it can hold at least 286lbs lol so that’s a plus

The chair was a little more expensive but wanted good quality. The arm broke after just 4 months but Anne with customer service got right on it and we resolved the issue. She was gracious enough to take time at the holidays to send a new chair. Thank you Anne for your help. My son loves his gaming chair. Easy to assemble. Seems like it’s built good. Works for me at 230lbs and my 11 year old son. We got it for him, but now I’m considering getting one for me. We've been using it for a week with no issues. I will update this review if it fails in any way.

It's a decent chair albeit small, was easy to put together. It's like many other chairs on amazon and similar to the one I replaced. But this one is small and narrow, it's made for small people, I mean teens and kids, or if you just sit completely straight, it's hard to not feel cramped in it, the base needs to be wider, the foot rest doesn't go out far enough. I'm just an average size 5'10''~150. It's just a very basic chair, with add on cushions and a loud motor to make you feel better about your purchase. I use a real cushion for the bottom and the back, I only have the head pillow attached and that makes it adequate. It squeaks when you move or recline or move the footrest. It does go up and down nicely, but doesn't recline far enough, a bit overpriced.
