I've had this chair for about a week now, I can't say it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in but it's not uncomfortable just not something I'd want to sit in for hours and hours, the head or neck pillow however you want to use it doesn't seem to support much, the lower back massager is a nice touch, if you've ever had one of those small personal massagers it's about as strong as those and feels okay not great. You can adjust the back of the chair to go back and forward which is nice and it does have a foot rest however the footrest doesn't seem all that great or comfortable. I have to manually pull it out, there's no lever or push function that I know of, unless mine just does not function properly. Cosmetically the chair looks nice, and it was very easy to put together. ... show more

I bought this for my son as a gaming chair. He is 10 and managed to run over and break the message pillow cord so that feature no longer works for us lol. Took him about 2 weeks to do that and still loves this chair. He especially loves that you can recline it back

Comfortable chair. The back “massage” portion is merely a small back cushion that just vibrates. Still is helpful. Fairly easy to put together. 4 stars because I had to drill my own hole for the set screw to the leg rest. Other than that, the chair was well worth the price.
