This chair is everything I expected it to be. It's actually pretty comfy, I sit in it for 10 hours a day or more for work and music production. The footrest works but you have to make sure you put it on correctly. The review where the person said the footrest came broke simply didn't install it correctly. I am 6'6" about 180lbs and the chair works for me. While the seat cushion could be more comfy, you can fix that with a little pad on Amazon for $30. This is the best chair on Amazon under $200. Good news first: chair is nicely adjustable, and the back and neck support cushions are a lifesaver. Armrests are more comfortable than competing chairs I used in the past. Had one assembly difficulty - the leg-rest piece had holes drilled 1/8" off, and had to enlarge the holes with a rasp in order to get it to fit. The big problem is durability. After just a couple months, I would notice the occasional wobble, and occasionally the vertical height would change as I sat down. And now... after 4 months of use... one of the arms is broken/badly bent, which causes the back of the chair and the other armrest to not stay in place. So, pretty much "chair broken" after 4 months of daily gentle use by one 200-pound person. ... show more

It is cheap, and decently comfortable, but the leg rest is completely idiotic. If you push it out it just flops around, and doesn't ever slide all the way back in. The footrest just kind of flops there when you pull it out, and you have to keep your feet on it to keep it in place. You have to hold it to slide it back in. This is probably the worst gaming chair I have had. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and definitely not the one with the foot rest. ... show more

Cushion could be softer. And would have been better if the cushion were slightly tilted back else you have the sense of sliding off the seat when leaning back. But good lumbar support and back rest.

Way too small to be used by an adult, trying to coordinate a return with the seller has been a disaster. Their customer service sucks. Amazon's customer service has been helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND
