Had the chair for about a week or so and back is loose arms wobble and jus doesn't feel sturdy definitely will have to purchase a different one in the near future would've returned but jus accepted the loss didn't want to have to disassemble it buy at your own risk.

First off, the chair is very comfortable, I mean "Very" comfortable!! The cloth cover is definitely miles better than vinyl and velvety soft! The no wing seat is way more butt friendly and back friendly than most gaming chairs. The "dial" to increase or lower lumbar support is awesome, no more having to repositioning a pillow. I really like this chair. The cons for me are the seat doesn't seem deep enough. Other than that, this is a very nice chair for short money, I would buy again. This chair sucks. Outright sucks. First of all it advertised a d 5.1" seat. It barely makes 4.75". Additionally, don't be fooled by the marketing like I was when it comes to the "pocket spring" cushion. The springs are weak and you can feel the post driving up from the bottom of the seat directly into you're but. The neck pillow looks cool, but sits too low. The back leans as advertised, but the seat itself does not tilt. The lumbar support is a joke when it's engaged it feel like a rock in the center of your spine.
