I followed the instructions to a t. I mixed the gas and oil, I filled the chain oil, filled the gas tank, pulled softly a few times to get it primed, set the choke, made sure the pressure valve is released and I've pulled the cord about 100 times now and it just won't start. I even replaced the spark plug because when it came it looked like it was old and used with carbon on it. I make sure to let it sit for 10+ minutes with the spark plug out every 10 or so tries in case it's getting flooded. I've even tried starter fluid, it just won't start up. I tried Amazon support, no returns/replacements/refunds on this saw for some reason. They pointed me to the MFG, who I emailed and got a response within 24h, however the response was contact the amazon seller, which appears to Holzfforma from the page and there's no contact info, no contact seller links anywhere. So now I'm out a few hundred and have a giant blue paper weight.

I have read the reviews ,and yes you get what you pay for some good some bad !! Not to jinx myself but I have three g660 and a g440 I use them with chainsaw mills and have sawn a few thousand board feet or more running them wide open for the length of a 16 foot long so far so good . Yes they do need some general care and some light weight lock tight here and their , but remember you can buy 4 yes four of these for the price of one stihl. And sorry to say I logged for almost 30 yrs only using stihl chainsaws . wow how times change . PS they START like a stihl FULL CHOKE compression release in 3 TO 5 PULLS 1 firing CHOKE OFF PULL IT WILL START. hope this helps ray

The media could not be loaded. 20 hrs as shown as seen box was destroyed when I got saw . Parts stuck in shipping. I was offer a discount but not a new saw or all the parst to repair properly. Totally dissatisfied customer.
