Description

The HS510C Open Reflex Sight with Circle/Dot Red Reticles has an open frame for a wide sight picture. It is powered by a CR2032 batter with Holosun's innovative Solar Failsafe back up. Equipped with Multi-reticle system, the red reticle can be switched between a 65 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot, a 2 MOA dot only, or a 65 MOA ring only at the push of a button. Better yet, the same LED projects both reticles, so no re-zeroing is necessary.

I own several of these. I tried to find every excuse not to buy holosun. But I took a chance and now it's pretty much all I use. 1, it's durable. 2. The battery life lasts forever, so it has incredible redundancy woth the solar Failsafe. It's an end of the world optic. 3. It's ability to to detect changes in light and automatically adjust the red dot means you don't have to take your hands off the weapon to adjust when going from a bright outdoors to a dark indoors. 3. I have an Eotech EXPS-3 and I prefer shooting with this. It is more crisp and I like the shake-awake. It's not going to be as durable and I don't know about holding zero after a couple thousand rounds, but the price is extremely fair.

I had been recommended to purchase this product by a friend who was using one. Once I received the product, I opened it. The box it comes in is very sturdy and Holosun provides all the necessary tools to do adjustments. It was easy to mount on my picatinny rail and I was off to the range to zero it in. It is fairly easy to zero in to if you follow the instructions. I had good groupings at 10 and 15 yds which is what I was going for.
