The iPad was just as described. The only thing different than the brand new one was that it didn't come in the original packaging. My granddaughter loves it. She had no issues with transferring everything from her old iPad, which had been dropped in a sink of dish water, to this one. Great quality, barely to no scratches, but the only problem is that sometimes theres moments where it wont allow me to scroll, so I have to power it off to get it back working properly, but other than that it’s a solid purchase and product (also I purchased the one in “good quality“).
