  • NOTICE: Astigmatism can cause a red dot reticle to look blurry/fuzzy/have a tail/duplicate dots/etc. This is a VERY common eye condition many have but are unaware of. A quick at home check is to take a picture of the reticle with your phones camera as your phone cannot have an astigmatism.
  • NOTICE 2: Another issue can be from having the brightness setting up too high in a bad lighting environment like being indoors. Try turning the brightness down and repeating the previous suggestion if the reticle is still blurry to your eyes. Best optic currently available for everyday carry micro compact handguns. On these tiny window optics it can be nearly impossible to “find the dot” when presenting the firearm, especially under stress. This baby has the dashed 230 MOA outer ring to help drive you right on target to the center 3 MOA dot, without even having to think about it. Its use is naturally intuitive and could literally save your life. Even pros like it for when shooting from weird positions such laying down or one handed behind cover sideways. Only thing better would be a fully enclosed emitter model, but no such beast exists as of this review. They haven't yet figured out how to package an enclosed emitter in such a micro optic. I have two of these. On a subcompact handgun they are great. The ACSS Vulcan Reticle makes is much easier to get on target quickly. Several of my friends have tried it and they all say it's their favorite too. Holosun's side battery trey is so much more convenient than some of my other micro dots that require me to remove the optic to change the battery, making it necessary to rezero. They also make an ACSS reticle for the 507C and it is just as impressive. ... show more

Great dot. Haven't found anything to criticize. Well made, fit my P365X Macro perfectly. Can still see the iron sights. Zero has been very stable so far. I bought the soft cover for it as the lenses are not super easy to clean.

    • 3 MOA center dot reduces in size with low illumination setting, outer circle a must!
The instructions that came with this say it's 3 MOA center dot, but, set illumination low & dot looks like 1 MOA, still bright for precise aim. Large 230 MOA outer ring great even if shoot frequently, helps get on target during speed drills. For astigmatism green reticle perfect.
