First off, I've duty and carried Holosun for years, so I knew it was going to be good before I got it, but wow. I have an astigmatism that makes red dots bloom bad, and has started doing it with green as well. I thought i was going to be relegated to either not being able to carry anymore, or going with a cheap off brand for the gold color because the only one on the market was around 7 or 800 I think. Cue the EPS line, and then the gold release. This thing is amazing for me. The dot clarity is even better then the green was when I first started carrying, and since it's a Holosun I've got 0 issues straight out of the box with reliability, durability, or customer service if there ever is an issue. I seriously can't speak highly enough about this sight. (Walther PDP-F PRO) Photos are on brightness level 6 from 3" behind, and about 2-3 feet as well. ... show more

    • Perfect for any carry gun
Color: Green Style: Multi-Reticle
The HOLOSUN EPS Carry MRS reflex pistol sight is a remarkable accessory for subcompact handguns, and it truly delivers on its promise of compactness and ease of use. As someone who frequently uses reflex sights, I was immediately impressed by its small size, which makes it a perfect fit for subcompact handguns without adding unnecessary bulk or weight. Compact Design: One of the standout features of the HOLOSUN EPS Carry MRS is its diminutive size. Despite its compact dimensions, it does not compromise on performance or durability. The enclosed sight is crafted from aluminum, ensuring that it is lightweight yet robust enough to withstand rigorous use. This makes it ideal for concealed carry and every-day use without drawing attention or causing discomfort. Ease of Installation: Installing the HOLOSUN EPS Carry MRS was surprisingly straightforward. The sight comes with clear instructions and all the necessary tools for a quick and hassle-free setup. In just a few minutes, I was able to mount it securely onto my handgun. The design allows for easy alignment with existing mounts, making it a seamless addition to any compatible firearm. User-Friendly Operation: Operating the sight is intuitive, even for those new to reflex sights. The Shake-Awake feature is particularly impressive, automatically activating the sight when motion is detected and conserving battery life when it's not in use. The multi-reticle system offers versatility, allowing users to switch between a precise 2 MOA dot and a 32 MOA circle, catering to various shooting preferences and scenarios. Performance: In terms of performance, the sight delivers crisp and clear reticle visibility thanks to its solar failsafe technology. This ensures that the reticle remains visible in different lighting conditions, enhancing accuracy and confidence during use. The parallax-free design also means that the target remains in focus regardless of the angle of view, which is crucial for fast-paced shooting situations. Overall, the HOLOSUN EPS Carry MRS is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their shooting experience with a compact yet highly functional reflex sight. Its small size, ease of installation, and user-friendly features make it a standout accessory for subcompact handguns. Whether you are a professional or a recreational shooter, this sight is sure to meet and exceed your expectations. ... show more

Color: Green Style: Multi-Reticle
Works well just like the other 3 or 4 that I have. Was considering the new gold version but decided to stick with green MRS. Just can’t go wrong with this set up.

    • Does Not Mount Properly. Screws Are Garbage
Color: Green Style: Multi-Reticle
I was honestly expecting more out of Holosun for the high price & the good things that i've heard about them, but ive also read some bad things about them. Well I'm here to tell youthe reviews are 100% correct: The mounting screws that come with the optic out of the box are absolute garbage. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LIFE!!! Before buying this optic I read alot of bad things about how these screws are too soft and how its so easy to strip them, so put them on with a little bit of blue loctite and made sure not to overtighten them.(They were on there pretty good & I have also mounted several optics in the past) Long story short, not even 3 rounds into zeroing the optic, the optic flew out hit me in the face and landed out past the hot line. They had to call a cease fire because it flew so far out into the range. It was embarrasing and made me feel a complete amateur. When the range instructor brought the optic back to me he looked at the brand, asked me if I installed it with the screws that came in the box & he was basically like yeah Holosun makes horrible mounting screws for some reason. Ive seen it happen alot here & this one regular at the range had to go back forth with them about the screws stripping on him until he gave up after the 3rd time & bought some aftermarket screws from a different company & they seemed to have worked out just fine for him. I guess thats what I have to do now. I had to switch back to my previous optic & I'm just hoping that my super expensive optic from Holosun isnt damaged from being flung out into the concrete floor. HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH HOLOSUN!!! ... show more

    • GREAT GOLD DOT
Color: Gold Style: Multi-Reticle
I own red, green, and gold dots. The gold dot does a great job at reducing potential flaring if you have any amount of astigmatism. I've come to trust Holosun for many reasons as they tend to lead the innovation curve for pistol dots. My green SCS is another great Holosun product that provides excellent contrast. But, the gold dot offers a bit more pin point dot shape by simply reducing the slight flaring caused by an astigmatism. ... show more
