I like that it’s all in one unit. I just finished residing my house and really didn’t want to put put holes in the siding. With these it just clips up under the siding. Quick and easy install with no holes!! The only concern I have is nothing holds the bottom of the bracket down. If it moves to much in the wind I may be putting on some 3m tape or Velcro to steady them. It was a great purchase for me. Bought for 3 cameras and solar panels, quick install and no holes!

This is not stable without putting holes in your siding. Very misleading. The single holder on the back that clips into your siding is NOT stable and my brand new ring camera fell off and scratched the lens. You NEED to put 4 holes in your siding to make this holder stable so what is the point of it??? There is only one clip that attached to siding and it is NOT stable at all.

I'm extremely pleased with this Ring device mount. I'm using mine with a Ring Stick Up Cam Pro and a Ring solar charger panel. The kit itself comes with everything you'll need to install this mount in a number of different ways and with several mounting options. It seems to be made from high-grade materials, so I expect it to last quite a long time. The mounting arms and pivot mounts offer a secure hold while remaining rigid in place when adjusted accordingly. I used the metal siding clip and four screw holes to attach mine in place with no problems whatsoever. Overall, it's a durable, cost-effective way to get the most our of your Ring device. Definitely recommended.

Product has held my Ring camera and solar panel in place through several wind storms and blizzards without using fasteners or adhesives on my vinyl siding.

While I like that this holds the solar panel and the camera, the issue I have is that it feels very unsecured. The clip goes under the vinyl siding but very loosely, and the bottom part of the mount just sits against the vinyl. I ended up using some 3M mounting / sticky tape for the bottom of the mount but it still feels like it’s going to blow away. Thankfully though it’s survived many storms and some were wild. I think the sticky tape really helped but I haven’t used the mount without it so it’s unfair to say it’s 100% the reason. Also, there isn’t a real good solution to the solar panel cable other than wrap it around the mount and cable tie it. It would be nice if a solution was considered but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall I’m happy with it, and it works for my need, but it could be improved for sure.

When I was putting it up my confidence was low that it would hold up but it’s been installed for about a year now through storms, extreme heat and cold (15-100 degrees Fahrenheit) and even high winds that destroyed a fabric gazebo. Thinking of getting another for the other side of the house.
