I only opened and tried it once and they are very nice quality and durability. The designs are wonderful. They are of course slippery due to their waterproof feature so it's easy for them to fly around when shuffling waterfall style. Perhaps I need to "break them in". I bought these to take with me to a bachelor party at a beach house in the Carolinas (which is known to have been a pirate nest in the golden age of piracy) to play cards and also card based drinking games. These held up well the nerdier among the group enjoyed the art work of the face cards and seeing if they were active at all in the area that we were in. They are waterproof PVC which as a material is very slick so if you are used to doing card tricks they might take some time to get used to ... show more

I really like these cards. They are thinner than I thought they would be but still feel great in the hand. Little slippery but that is because they are plastic (waterproof). These cards are amazing. They will absolutely stand the test of time. They have amazing detail to them. Easy to shuffle. The deck is beautifully designed. The only thing I wish was different was on the back of the cards I wish the gold was shiny. But I don’t think that can happen with waterproof cards.     • Great art but too dark.
Love the art and the print resolution is pretty high quality. Unfortunately, these are too dark to use in anything but bright light conditions. I bought them to use while camping and everyone was struggling to read them in the lantern light. We ended up switching back to traditional Bicycle cards which could be seen easily. They were also thinner than the Bicycle plastic cards. If they would make them with brighter colors and thicker plastic, I would gladly pay twice as much for them and be very happy with my purchase. ... show more
