I love my ukulele so much! I’m only just a beginner and I think this is the best to start out with, compared to videos I’ve watched with professionals, this ukulele sound quality is superb!

I had been looking for something to do for the summer and learning how to play the ukulele sounded great for learning some songs and playing it to others They have a variety of colors and I went for Maple- Soprano Ukulele for a more natural look ( in my opinion). The package came on the expected date and was in great shape; it came in on a trapezoid shape box with with tiki head stones and beach decorations which was a nice touch! The quality sounds and it fells like good quality, though when I tried tunning the ukulele, one of the strings broke; I bet because I had no idea how to tune a ukulele. I later messaged them about it and within an hour they messaged back; offering a replacement Ukulele. I’m honestly very surprised by how they messaged back about my problem in a short amount of time. And ensured that I’m fully satisfied with my purchase. The replacement ukulele came on the day that they said and I was able to tune it (carefully) and was able to start practicing and including with the purchase of the Hola Ukulele, comes a free 2 month lessons on learning the ukulele. I got to say that it is a great help for someone who has no idea on how to play with the ukulele. Currently I’m learning a song that only takes three notes and it’s sounds great. For a $20 ukulele it works great, I have no experience with any string instruments so I can’t say this with a professional experience. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and I am very happy with the customer support that I’d received! I would highly recommend this ukulele if you would like to learn how to play but don’t know where to buy or start.

We bought this for our 5 year old grandkid. I spent some time with it before we delivered it so I could help her learn. It is a nice instrument with good sound. My only comment for first time users is that it takes a long time for the strings to hold their tune. I tuned it several times a day for a week and it finally settled down. I bought a set of ball end strings and I think when we switch to those, it will take less time to settle in. New strings always take time, but the knotted ends on these seem to have to tighten up over time.
