The racks are well-built and work great in my smoker for cooking jerky and other meats. I do wish all three racks had folding legs, as I assumed when looking at the product. The bottom rack is just a rack without folding legs.

If you make your own beef jerky, these trays are amazing! Simple cleanup three tiers hold plenty of jerky without leaving the oven a hot mess. They are much larger than my sink but not too hard to work with and clean. I have used them to cool off other food as well. Great if you need a large capacity.
