I just made my first two sourdoughs today. I tried using different methods for each one to see which would be better. They both turned out delicious. The major difference between the two is that we eat the olive sourdough normally and we chop off the bottom of the rosemary sourdough because the parchment paper became “one with the loaf”. This definitely made baking my Olive sourdough easier. Just make your life easier and get this product. It’s less wasteful and super easy to use/clean. 10/10 ... show more
