    • Good product, air tube supplied is problematic
Update: the tubing sliding off is likely due to the kind of material the tube is made of. I tried different brand tubing and so far so good. So if you don't use the included tubing it's a decent product. The hoses keep sliding off the nozzles on the pump every couple of days. Same problem on the included valves and flow regulators. Tried glue, rough the nozzle surface with sandpaper - nothing worked. Finally switched to a different product which does not have these issues. It's fairly quiet but you can hear it from a few feet away. The nozzles on the pump are recessed, which makes it difficult to attach the hoses. ... show more

I've had this air pump since September of last year, and I've yet to have any issue with it. It's slightly loud, but I threw it in the drawer of my aquarium stand and it's very muffled now. I use it in my tabk to run dual sponge filters, and it does it very well. I haven't had any issues with the tubes falling off, but I also bought a softer tube that stretches around the output a but better than the ones it came with. The accessories are nice and the airstones work well, but I honestly don't use any of it. I just bought it for my sponge filters and it does what it needs to do. ... show more

I bought it for my minnow bucket 1 1/2 years ago, still working great. I recommend it highly, at $5.00 per dozen for minnows, it has saved me lots more than it cost. So great quality and value for the money.

Used in a 30 gallon tank paired with 2 double sponge filters. At first 5/5 stars. Pump works as it should. I love the double pump in one unit. After 6 months of running on half power setting now one side pumps way less then the other. Seems to be losing power. I checked the fittings to make sure no connections were loose. I even switched tubes and it's still the same side that is not pumping as much. I see myself buying another pump soon. ... show more
