This bike rack is GREAT! It's super sturdy. Just drove on the highway and roads for 300 miles without any issue. It doesn't sway, very minimal bounce from the bikes. This is my second bike rack. Does what I need it to do. The hitch tung could be about 2 inches longer or the bike mount could be a little bit longer to prevent the brake handles from rubbing against the tail gate of my truck and scratching it.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! This "four bike" carrier fell apart MINUTES after being loaded with TWO bikes & heading down the interstate! One of the arms bent downward about 30 degrees & the other about 10. The rubber bike mounts (& bikes!) slid down the bent "supports" & would have fallen off had I not used a chain & padlock, just incase. This was only about TWENTY MILES into the trip! SO LUCKY I STOPPED TO CHECK! I stopped because I had not used this rack before & wanted to see how it was doing. Now I find out this item is "NON-RETURNABLE!" I can't believe this UNSAFE & DANGEROUS is even sold!

I purchased a bike rack for two bicycles and rode it with my son over the weekend. After it arrived, I immediately installed it and followed the instructions to install it easily. However, I found that my son couldn't install it this time. After reading the introduction of the same product, I realized that I needed to buy a separate cross bar to use it.
