I have been pleased with the picture, sound and overall operation. Also, the art gallery has been adequately diverse for my taste. And you can add your own pictures(of course the aspect ratio will be a consideration as it doesn't stretch the pics to match the frame).

Picture’s very good. Sound is ok but I don’t expect much. The supplied frame is decent, certainly better than black plastic. Mounting is straightforward. My issue with this tv is that it does not wake up consistently / reliably. What can be done about that? Unless it is showing art anytime someone is in the room, it is falling short of the concept’s promise. ... show more

LOVVEEEEEEEEEE BETTER THAN SAMSUNG! Easy to connect, setup is quick, mounting was straight to the point. This tv has it all! Unlike Samsung the images are free and it comes with the teakwood magnetic frame. So we absolutely love the appearance.

    • Perfect Canvas TV!
I’ve had the 75” CanvasTV for about 3 months now. It is by far my favorite TV I’ve ever had or even that I’ve seen anyone have! Color: The colors on the screen are very vibrant when using it to watch shows or to play video games (which is my primary use). It’s HDR compatible so everything looks very crisp and vibrant when needed, and accurately dark when appropriate. When it’s in the art/canvas mode, the screen looks matte like a real painting, which was one of the biggest draws for me to this style of TV. Was very impressed when I saw it in person after setting it up. Latency: Again, I use this mostly to play video games on my PS5. The TV supports 144hz refresh reset, and the PS5 is compatible for up to 120 if I’m not mistaken. All the games I’ve played so far had no noticeable lag or input delay, so this TV scores perfect marks in this area! Functionality and features: This TV is very neat. There are a ton of features and customization options to enhance your experience for whatever you are using the TV for. There are game modes, frame rate fill ins (to make videos look smoother) and more to suit your needs. When in the canvas mode, there are hundreds of art pieces or photos that you can choose from and favorite to see more often. You can also add your own photos if you want a more personal touch. Conclusion: All in all, this TV has been amazing to play around with and to use and is way more than worth picking up. If it’s been on your mind to check out a canvas-style TV, this one should be at the top of your list to look at. ... show more

    • Perfect for hosting and watching
We’ve had this about a few weeks now, mounted above the mantel in our living room, and honestly it’s been great. Jumped right into the NBA playoffs on it and that was basically the perfect test — fast movement, bright colors, packed arenas. It handled all of it beautifully. Our living room gets a lot of natural light and I was worried about glare, but it really hasn’t been an issue. The picture stays bright and clear even with sun coming in. Colors are vivid without looking overdone, and the motion on fast breaks and transition plays is smooth with zero blur. Sound is better than I expected too. We haven’t felt the need to add a soundbar yet, which I didn’t think I’d be saying. Crowd noise and commentary both come through really well. Setup was straightforward and Fire TV is easy to navigate. Alexa works if you use it, we don’t much. Couple things worth mentioning: the home screen pushes ads which gets old fast, and the remote feels pretty cheap for a TV in this price range. Small stuff, but worth knowing. Overall though, for a 75 inch Mini-LED at this price, I’m not sure what else you’d want. If you’re buying it for a bright living room and sports, it checks every box.     • OK TV, terrible customer experience
PLEASE READ, BUYER BEWARE: We bought 2 of these: 65" and 75". The 65" is OK, looks fine, no big issues. The 75" looks like a recurve bow though. This makes it so the frame/border doesn't fit in the slightest. I cannot image poorer quality control in the year 2026. I have never seen a TV like this. It's not even paper thin like an OLED, it's a thick 60+ pound television. That's not the super bad part though, read on good soul. Here's where things get extremely bad. Hisense will NOT help you. If you purchase this and report this same issue, they will tell you it's out of warranty. Even if it's the day you receive it, they will not help. They will tell you to contact Amazon. But that's OK, right? I mean after all, Amazon has never let you down...right? well... Then you contact Amazon. They'll offer you a measly $211 partial refund, or they'll do a full refund. That sounds great, right? Well, not if you had additional costs associated with it. You had to take off work because you had to sign for the freight delivery? (yes, you have to be home -- and you won't know until the 30 minutes prior to delivery, so I hope you work from home) Nah, no reimbursement. You had to pay to have it installed? They don't care. Oh, but surely they'll help you with removal, re-boxing and stuff...right?! You guessed it. No, they do not help. So what does this leave us with? A thousand pound paper weight, not as advertised, and you are responsible for it. After all, it's not Hisense's fault, or Amazon's. It's your fault. This was my first time taking a chance on anything other than an LG. Well guess what, I should've stuck with my gut. Hisense is garbage, and for the first time I am very disappointed with Amazon.
