  • Highly recommended for anyone wanting both entertainment and modern home design in one.
Size: 50-Inch Set name: 2026
I’m absolutely impressed with the Hisense 50” Hi-QLED S7 CanvasTV Series. The picture quality is stunning—colors look rich and vibrant with incredible 4K clarity and Dolby Vision HDR really makes movies feel cinematic. The Art Mode is a beautiful touch; when the TV is not in use, it transforms into a piece of art that blends perfectly with my living room décor. The anti-glare Hi-Matte display is a game changer, especially during daytime—no reflections, just a clean, elegant image. Setup was simple, and the included ultra-slim wall mount gives it a true “frame-like” appearance on the wall. Google Smart TV works smoothly and makes streaming effortless. Overall, this feels like a premium lifestyle TV, not just a screen. ♥️ the colors are amazing, perfect size for my room ... show more

  • Exceeded My Expectation
Size: 50-Inch Set name: 2026
I purchased this TV for my son’s room, and we are both very happy with it. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors, sharp details, and excellent clarity. Everything from movies and streaming shows to video games looks amazing on the screen. The Google TV platform is easy to navigate, and setting up all of our favorite apps was quick and simple. The TV responds smoothly, and switching between apps is fast and hassle-free. Another thing I really like is the anti-glare screen. Even with light coming into the room, the picture remains clear and easy to see. The built-in sound is also surprisingly good, delivering clear audio for everyday viewing. The design is sleek and modern, and the art mode is a nice feature when the TV is not being used. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations and has been a fantastic addition to my son’s room. • Quality and price! Worth the money
Size: 55-Inch Set name: 2026
I was planning to buy a Samsung, but I kept looking for alternatives because of the high price tag. For some reason, this TV showed up in my feed, and I immediately started checking it out. The price is almost half that of the Samsung Frame. This Hisense Canvas TV is really thin. I installed it on my wall myself since it comes with a wall mount and the setup was very easy and straightforward. I didn’t need any help because the TV is lightweight. It also comes with a magnetic wood-look frame, which I really love. The picture and video quality are excellent. I tried the art gallery feature, and it honestly looks like a real painting. The sound quality is decent as well. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and saved a lot of money by choosing this instead of the Samsung Frame. ... show more

  • Previous Frame owner, now a CanvasTV convert!
Size: 55-Inch Set name: 2026
We moved from a 55" Frame to the 55" CanvasTV and so far I love it (with one small gripe below). We're all doing CanvasTV a disservice by saying it's a cheap alternative to The Frame - they were both the same price in 55" for Prime Day but our previous experience with The Frame was so bad I chose CanvasTV. The Google OS is more ad-heavy but is also far more responsive and intuitive than Samsung's horrible OS (IYKYK). Surprisingly, CanvasTV has more options for art mode brightness, tone, mat color and texture customization options than The Frame. Our living room is super bright during the day & CanvasTV's screen is more matte and easier to see in bright light than The Frame. The picture is both brighter and clearer day or night. The CanvasTV remote is bigger and heavier which I'm on the fence about but hey - it works - more than I can say for any of my 5 replacement Frame remotes. I'm thrilled the CanvasTV comes with a free wood toned frame and might I add the frame it comes with is more a more substantial weight/build and easier to install than the Samsung Frame's was (I cracked my $150 Samsung Frame designer frame while installing it). My only complaint - and it's small but maddening - is that the CanvasTV appears to be designed explicitly for someone living in new construction who has a portion of their wall cut out behind the TV to run wires. My walls are midcentury brick with no electrical access - surely I'm not the only one. This TV has a fat wonky twisty old school cord which goes into a rear input facing one direction then is supposed to do a 180 and run along a wide shallow indent going in a different direction, which by design twists the cord. A twisted cord does not want to lay flat. If you can untwist it enough to lay flat there's nothing to secure it so as you're lowering the TV on to it's mount the cord inevitably falls out of it's channel & twists up again, making the TV stick out at an odd angle from the wall. I eventually ran packing tape across the back to get the cord to stay flat within it's channel. Then the only option for exit is to route it out of the bottom dead enter. There may be nothing that screams "this is actually a TV, not art!" more than a fat twisted 1980s cord exiting front and center. Everything else about this TV was so well-done, I don't understand this small but important design decision. The Samsung Frame has a tiny round cord that conveniently snaps into a perfectly sized channel to discreetly exit on either side. Ultimately the TV is great, though I do think the cord situation would have been an incredibly easy design flaw for Hisense to remedy. If you don't have a box cut out of your wall for bundles of electrical wires I suggest taping the cord down flat BEFORE you mount the TV. ... show more

  • Awesome TV doubles as wall art
Size: 55-Inch Set name: 2026
I bought the Hisense CanvasTV mostly for the art mode, but I didn't expect to love the anti-glare screen this much—it actually looks like a real framed painting even with sunlight hitting it. The included teak frame and flush wall mount made installation a breeze, and the motion sensor is a surprisingly nice touch (it lights up when I walk in and fades when I leave). Picture quality is solid for a 4K QLED, and the 144Hz refresh keeps sports and gaming smooth without any weird motion blur. The built-in Google TV interface is snappy, and the sound from the 2.0.2 speakers is decent for everyday watching. Overall, it's a great option if you want a TV that doesn't dominate your living room like a black rectangle. ... show more

  • This is not a replacement for hanging art, not even close.
Size: 50-Inch Set name: 2026
I really, really wanted to like this tv. After reading all the gushing reviews and watching videos of people rave about it, I thought I'd give it a shot. My primary use for it would be as an art display, for me to upload pictures of art and let them cycle throughout the day. However, there are several major problems, and I don't think this technology is anywhere near ready to replace actual art hanging on your wall. The first issue I immediately noticed is that the tv claims to automatically adjust brightness and color temperature depending on lighting conditions in the room, but it only partially works. During the daytime, when there's a lot of sunlight in a room, the tv looks the best its ever going to look because the sunlight and bright ambient light in the room illuminating the wall that the tv is hanging tricks the eye into thinking that the backlit tv screen is illuminated by the light in the room (but it isn't, it's lit by the backlight in the tv). So the lighting and the tv match really well in this case... but in rooms with only middling amounts of light, for example on a cloudy, rainy day, or a day where you've decided to close your blinds, the tv is way, way, way too bright. It no longer looks like art on the wall, it looks like a normal tv in this situation. I tried calibrating the tv and turning the brightness all the way down to the minimum, but the backlight is still lighting up the tv screen too brightly... as if that weren't bad enough, when the backlight is set to anything lower than the default, the way they attempt to achieve a darker image is by strobing the backlight. This looks bad. Many people are sensitive to light flicker from LED lights (and tvs), and even those that aren't will notice that something on the wall keeps catching their eye and drawing attention to itself... the tv flicker. It looks absolutely nothing like art hanging on your wall, it's a bright, flickery mess, and there's no fix for this. It looks so bad I have to wonder if there was something wrong with my tv. And last but not least, the off angle viewing is pretty rough. Looking at an angle makes the image look tinted and slightly desaturated. It's so bad that even when you're looking at the tv straight on from the front it seems as if there's a vignette around the edges. Unbelievable. The color on the tv is... fine... although it has a subtle pink tint out of the box that you will have to calibrate to remove. The remote is nice. The tv's OS is actually not bad at all. The tv is relatively light at about 30lbs, and very thin, and everything you need is contained inside the tv so you don't need a breakout box like the Samsung Frame tv. The matte screen stops detailed reflections rather well, but the contrast in the image can be washed out because the matte is so aggressive. So I'm giving it 2 stars for all that. But, ultimately, this technology is simply not good enough to do what they advertise -- be an art display. In a best-case-scenario it doesn't look good enough to fool anyone that they're looking at art instead of a tv, and in a worst-case-scenario everyone in the room will be thinking it looks hideous. ... show more

Size: 55-Inch Set name: 2026
I’m very happy with this TV. The picture quality is sharp, bright, and the colors look amazing. The Canvas mode makes it look like artwork when it’s not being used, which blends nicely with the room. Setup was quick and easy, and Google TV is smooth and responsive. The sound is decent, but adding a soundbar makes the experience even better. Overall, this is an excellent TV for the price and I would definitely recommend it. ... show more
