I’m very happy with this camera system so far! The picture quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night. Setup was a breeze since the cameras were already paired with the NVR, so I didn’t have to deal with complicated network configurations. Installation was straightforward. Bought to replace an old system. One thing that stood out was the ease of setup. It is literally plug and play. All I had to do is mount the cameras and DVR, plug them in and it just worked! I also really appreciated the 10 ft long power supplies for the cameras made camera placement and cable management so much easier. There is also the option for POE connections for the cameras (extra). The picture quality was crisp and clear (5MP version) and despite the wireless cameras there is no picture freezing when a large object is displayed (better codec). The PTZ feature also let's you cover more area with less camera so essentially I had an "extra" camera for additional coverage. The DVR setup and interface is easy and intuitive, including remote viewing setup. (Use caution here as they will try to sign you up for their cloud storage service. You need to uncheck a box before saving). On a four camera system the 1TB HDD should give 30+ days of video. I think for the cost you get a lot of features including AI human size detection and camera tracking, various low light viewing options, motion alarms with notifications and the ability to have up to 10 cameras. I've only had it for about a day but am impressed so far! From receiving to fully mounted and working was about an hour and a half. I will probably be adding more cameras soon.

The media could not be loaded. These are GREAT for being able to view animals or just to see all angles around your yard, can even set them to follow moving objects. I have ordered other sets from them for my other house but wanted to see how moving cameras would work for the backyard. Pleasantly surprised, the PTZ works great from the phone app can access it right from the screen you're viewing. On the system itself it is a couple clicks away but still simple to access. The nice thing this company does is it includes a NVR that allows you to add more cameras to the system if you decided to want more cameras, most other brands I have ordered come maxxed out and if you want to add more then you have to purchase another NVR and go through linking and setting all cameras up from scratch. I've seen other people complain about reaching a person for answers to questions but I have found them very responsive to anything I needed.(pretty much within 24hrs) The quality is way better than my photos show as I used my phone to take a picture of the monitor I have mounted to the wall. Set comes with hdmi cable and a laser mouse. Myself I added a wireless mouth as I do not like being all up on the monitor when view or using it. That would be my only advice to add a better mouse, but they give you one to be up and running the same day so it is still nice to have.

Desde el dia que instale el sistema una camara tenia señal baja y se trababa el video por lo que la movi lo mas cercano y movi otra al mismo punto lejano que funciono sin problemas, luego despues de 2 dias aparece un rotulo rojo que no habia dispositivo de grabacion por lo que procedi a reinicar el dvr y con tan mala suerte que se quedaba solo el logo de hiseeu, luego le cambie el disco duro a uno de 300 GB y listo ya volvio a funcionar solo que me pedia formatearlo luego para salir de dudas instale el que traia un seagate de 1TB y con ese ni siquiera el sistema operativo arranca, que mala calidad de disco duro parece ser remanufacturado y no nuevo, las camaras unas salen bien y otra salen mal porque anteriormente habia cimprado un par y una funciono bien pero la otra solo funcionaba unas horas y se queda trabada la imagen y no vuelve a funcionar hasta que se pone en modo de fabrica para que funcione otras pocas horas, no vuelvo a comprar esta marca.

This system is Fantastic! Very easy to setup and the video quality is exceptional! I did have a problem setting up my phone and tablet. I contacted tech support and they were very helpful and the problem was successfully resolved. I would definitely recommend this system to my family and friends!

These were pretty great I just hate one of the features about it and that is that it has a picture with another picture on each camera it's just confusing when you're watching it on a monitor but other than that they were great easy to install easy to connect and the picture is great

This system works very well it receives the signal from a great distance very clear pictures links up rather easily. I also purchase a couple of additional cameras which are working on the system rather well so I have a total of six The storage is fabulous as I can say there's not one complaint about this system at all is one of the best out of all the systems ever installed. I do installs of camera systems for businesses and I can highly recommend this for anyone home use even small business use delivery was fast and no issues price is right on point.
