I’m very happy with this camera system so far! The picture quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night. Setup was a breeze since the cameras were already paired with the NVR, so I didn’t have to deal with complicated network configurations. Installation was straightforward. The cameras feel sturdy and well-built, and the WiFi signal range is strong enough to cover my entire property. I also like that it comes with a 3TB hard drive pre-installed, which means plenty of storage without extra cost. Overall, it’s a great plug-and-play solution for home security.     • Terrible customer service. Six months in parts quit working. Avoid like the plague.
The media could not be loaded. Purchase a system February 19, 2025. Worked great up till now and one camera now has stopped working. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to call yesterday. Got through to someone with such terrible English. You could not understand them. I did get out of them that you should try another power source. So I had to climb a ladder and take a power source off one of my other cameras and try it. As you can see in the attached video what it does. All that it does now the light flickers all the time and you cannot get it to connect back to my Wi-Fi network. With tax I paid over $400 for the system and it start screwing up at six months old. I could buy a new camera but it cost 50 bucks on Amazon. Today I’ve been calling them on over and over the phone rings and rings and rings nobody answers and then it cut you off. ... show more

This system had easy set up. It was amazing how all the cameras grabbed right into the system, and the following of the cameras with the objects that are outside has been excellent compared to the older system which we would have to maneuver the system because of it having a odd track follow you was really nice. We were able to get ICU to help us with all of the questions we had very helpful. they always call back. ... show more

So far, right out of the box, there were only 7 of the 8 cameras (missing on PTZ camera) and only 6 plug in cords for the 7 cameras I did get and NO plug in cord for the DVR!!! Cannot even set it up to see if everything works, soooo sad.
