Super easy to set up! Price was low. These cameras are perfect. We needed wired cameras so we can watch our driveway and porch to see who is approaching. The NVR has a Tb of storage (no cloud fees) and connects to my TV with HDMI. That part of our home has no windows or doors so it's up on the TV screen. They have so many settings we are having a blast with it. Love the siren, the lights, the panning on my porch to see if a package was left, the crystal clear picture on the screen and phone, by far the best cameras. I tried wireless, solar, but they don't provide the steady live stream 24/7 which is a must. We put them up in the dead of winter and they work PERFECT. No issues with ice and snow. Also customer service is GREAT! One camera didn't connect like the other 3 and all I needed to do was scan the bar code from the app and instantly connected!

I normally do not do reviews, but this time this product has impressed me so much that I need to let everyone know. I have been using it since Oct. of last year. This the second system I have purchased from Hisewu, and I have to say how impress I am with both systems. First, you should know that as a senior citizen I was concerned that it would be complicated. Far from it. They made it very easy to install, and very easy to setup and run. The picture quality is great, and you have complete control with the DVR on how the recordings will be scheduled and how you want to be alerted. Simple to install, and simple to use with the best quality. What more could you want.

We bought these cameras to monitor the animals on our farm. We are extremely satisfied, set up was friendly. Quality is excellent, clarity in video and sound. Night vision is great. Motion detection works well. There is a bit of a lag present, but this may be due to our service provider. 1 of the 6 cameras did not work straight out of the box, but the company was easy to contact and is sending a replacement without any hassle. Will be buying again in the future!

I purchased this camera specifically to evaluate its security and tracking performance before committing to a larger-scale deployment. Unfortunately, during testing, the camera failed to reliably track people, which undermines its primary purpose as a security device. After reporting the issue, the vendor explained that the PIR motion sensor is significantly more sensitive to side-to-side movement and less effective when a person walks directly toward the camera. They also stated that proper detection requires very specific installation conditions, including a precise mounting height, a downward tilt of 10–15 degrees, and an optimal detection range of 1.5–6 meters. These requirements are not acceptable for a security camera and should be clearly disclosed in the product listing prior to purchase. A security device should perform reliably in typical real-world installation scenarios without requiring such narrow constraints. Additionally, the mobile application used to operate the camera contains an excessive and intrusive amount of advertising, which negatively impacts usability and overall user experience. I am referring to both the hardware and the software. If the camera requires such strict conditions to track people effectively, this suggests either limited hardware capability or poorly implemented or unoptimized tracking algorithms. Based on my testing, the issues appear to stem from inadequate firmware, inefficient tracking logic, or insufficient system resources rather than user misconfiguration. As a result, the camera and its software did not meet the minimum performance criteria required for my use case. I would not recommend this product for anyone seeking dependable motion tracking or serious security functionality.

I purchased 2 of these cameras to test the waters with this company before purchasing a full system, set up was very easy and cameras work well, my only complaint is one of the cameras will not recognize or read SD card, have tried all the procedures and same SD card works fine in other camera but not this one. Overall happy with the cameras but now am a little hesitant to purchasing a whole system from them.

I’ve been using this Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera outdoors for a while now and I’m extremely impressed. The motion detection and auto-tracking are very accurate, and it never fails to pick up activity in front of my house. The dual-lens view and PTZ controls give me wide coverage without blind spots, and the full-color night vision is much clearer than other cameras I’ve owned. Setup was fast, and I love that it connects on both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, which gives me flexibility depending on where I place it. The two-way audio works well, and being able to rotate the camera from my phone makes it super convenient. Since it’s plug-in powered, I don’t have to deal with charging batteries—just install it once and forget about it. I’ve tried several brands in the past, but Hiseeu has always been the most reliable for me, and this camera just confirms that. It performs consistently in rain, wind, and hot weather thanks to the IP66 waterproof design. I trust this brand, and I only buy Hiseeu now because they never let me down. Highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for dependable home security.
