This is an excellent POE camera system. The resolution is outstanding, and the price is great also. We like the mini-turret design which is easy to install, set-up, and aim. All the listed features work very well and we are extremely pleased with the clear unobstructed audio from the cameras. The NVR is easily navigated, and is very user friendly. We did experience a small issue that was quickly solved and fulfilled by Tech Support. Night vision is also excellent. Over all, this system is great value for the money, and I highly recommend it, whether for home use or commercial applications.

I purchased the Hiseeu 12MP PoE Security Camera System with 8 cameras for a hotel I manage, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance and quality. The set up is easy and the video from the cameras look amazing. Had a issue lately with the hard drive but their customer service was great. I emailed that I had an issue with the hard drive and all I had to do was send a screen shot of the abnormal disk on the monitor and my order number. Once they noticed I had a bad hard drive they send me a new hard drive. I installed the new hard drive which is very easy to do. I formatted the disk and now it's working again. They stood by their 1-year warranty and gave me no problem to replace. Really appreciate the quick response and no hassle getting a new hard drive. Def recommend this product from the company. The price is very reasonable and any DYI can set it up.

I cannot stress enough how much to beware of this package. I have been working with Customer Support for over 2 weeks and it just kept getting worse. I had zero problems setting up the system to a monitor and to get it recording. The problem started with trying to get the app to work to review the video remotely. Customer Service is only responding to email, and only in the middle of the night, so responses are very delayed. The big issue with these cameras are they "remember" and even if you factory reset the NVR, the cameras now will not connect to the NVR. I had 7 cameras working well for over a week, but due to all of the "troubleshooting" to get the app to work, I am down to 2 cameras working and the rest are saying they cannot connect to the network now. There isn't a way to reset the camera, so my only option is to return the system after spending a LOT of time running the ethernet cables through the ceiling of a business. Over the last 3 weeks I have spent easily 40+ hours just on this system. Please learn from my mistake. If you MUST have remote access to review video like I do for a multi-site business, this is not the system for you. If you only want to have recorded video it set up well initially, but I was never able to get it to connect to the app, and then lost 5 of my 7 camera shots. And with Hiseeu only communicating through email, and not through phone calls, I do not see any resolution in the near future.

Great system for the price. We purchased the 8 camera system for our business. Setup was easy and app works great.. You will not be disappointed with this system. It works on your phone or computer. Resolution is great for the price and allows us to see what’s happening at work. Many features like alarm and people/ movement tracking that we do not use but glad it’s available.Yes, you can see when you are not home. Has audio so you can hear as well as see.

After lots of research, I chose the Hiseeu 4K system and I’m seriously impressed. The build quality is great, cameras are truly water resistant, and the 4K image quality is top notch. Packaging was clean and professional, and the hardware feels solid. Setup does require running wires (which I expected with a PoE system), and while the user interface is a bit dated, it works well and the manual is super detailed. The mobile app is excellent easy to use and lets me monitor everything remotely with no lag. Two way audio is clear, and I love being able to switch image modes (daylight, IR, auto, ) it handles this flawlessly. Customer service was a big win for me. I always test response times before buying by cold calling. Hiseeu answered immediately, no robots. When I had an issue with the hard drive, they quickly sent a replacement after reviewing a short video. Easy plug and play fix. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature packed security system with great support, this is the one. 5 stars.
